My wife and I had one of the best meals in our life here. We were in the Po valley for the weekend exploring the small towns from Cremona to Mantua. This dinner was the highlight. Everything from the cocktails in the garden the the tasting menu and Santini family were special and felt authentic. Definitely worth a trip.

I visit this restaurant every time I am in Italy and it is quite simply the finest in every way. Nadia Santini is a genius and prepares the finest dishes imaginable. It is essential you go on the full tasting menu to experience the magic she creates. The rest of the family are totally involved and committed to maintaining excellence

I don't think I've ever had a better dining experience before. The place , the atmosphere, the staff and especially the food were all perfect. We ordered a la cart instead of choosing the degustation menu. We tried the risotto, the world famous pumpkin's ravioli, the eel and the pigeons... plus a couple of mind blowing desserts. Everything was so... More

Located in the heart of the country ~Nadia Santini and her family run the most amazing restaurant where she prepares the most outstanding food i have ever eaten - sheer genius. A must for anyone visiting Italy

My wife and I dined at Dal Pescatore on September 18, 2015. The restaurant had been recommended to us by friends who had eaten there a year earlier during a trip to Italy. The location of the restaurant is somewhat unusual. It's in a small village half an hour from Cremona, where we were staying - about a 45 Euro... More

We made a detour here for lunch on our way from Lake Garda to Parma. It is a mission to get here, but once at the restaurant it is an on oasis of quiet elegance. We had the degustation. My only negative comments are that it was less innovative than the other Michelin star restaurants we have eaten at and... More

We were fortunate to visit a total of three Michelin-three-star restaurants in a short trip to Northern Italy (the other two being Osteria Francescana in Modena and Da Vittorio near Bergamo). Each has its own distinct characters and we enjoyed every meal tremendously, but Dal Pescatore lingers in memory as a combination of being down-to-earth and perfectly professional. It is... More

Our guidebook of choice is Lonely Planet, even though we are seniors now. However we had seen a documentary that included coverage of Dal Pescatore. We decided to go to the restaurant, since we were going to Venice and it was close. It was totally amazing from start to finish, from the email interactions with Alberto regarding making a reservation,... More

Very elegant restaurant good food & wines. BUT "lost " in the country far from Mantova and other towns. Extremely Expensive, you eat with eyes. Advice : Ask price before.

Its hard to rate a top 3 star Michelin restaurant as it really deserves a review class of its own. I can only speak for my experience and try compare it to other 3,2 & 1 star restaurants I've enjoyed. The location is quite unusual but for the many visitors enjoying the popular Garda Lake region its only a 50... More
