The Governor’s House is one of many pubs near to us but it is by far our favourite! Staff are really friendly and welcoming.

Family occasion here this weekend. An issue arose, I won't bore you with the inane details, but the managements approach to this issue was confrontational and inept. Customer service training does not appear to be part of any management development programme.
