It was astonishing to see how busy this 'long and thin' restaurant was. From the time you arrive to the time you leave, you are greeted by and attended upon happy and friendly staff. Table space was maximised and the whole restaurant was managed with such precision and efficiency. The buzz was happy and the sound of contented diners resonated... More

Let's start backwards - the coffee is really good , the best I have had for some time . The deserts were good and not too expensive. The salads apart from the tabouli were ordinary . We had the meat platters they were good but not exceptional. I did find it expensive . A couple of beers plus the meal... More

I often visit parramatta and always love trying new restaurants. I always end up back at el-Phoenician. The service is amazing and the food is glorious. Fresh, plentiful and so much to offer. Winter or summer the vibe is great.

This has lovely platters that are not too expensive. I like both Sahra by the river and El Phoenician, so we rotate them. The platters here are not tiered, but there is a greater selection of vegetarian dishes if you want a smaller meal. It is nice to have variety:-) The drinks here are good, and the service is top... I was in parramatta for work and was craving some kibbeh nayeh.. Luckily I stumbled upon this place! Fantastic table service and friendly staff. Beautiful authentic traditional Lebanese food. A little on the pricey side but such an enjoyable meal. Definitely will be back the next time I'm in parramatta!

Very ordinary. Overpriced and not typical of the Lebanese culture of being generous. The portions served up a joke. Give it a big miss.

Second time dining here and the food and the service is still good. But go prepared to eat - you will walk out very full. Overall its actually good value, especially for Sydney and for the service level.

Not my first visit and definitely not my last. The staff are friendly and their service is great. If you like variety they offer great banquet options and all dishes are generous in size, very fresh and tasty. Decor of this restaurant provides the opportunity to enjoy some great food it is relaxed and you will not leave disappointed.

Went with a group from work. We had the " banquet" for $56 each which was bread and dips, two pastries, then two kebab skewers. A few extras but not much. A lot of money for very little feed. The stroppy waitresses kept bringing us drinks we didn't order. The noise level was unpleasant. A waste of time and money.... More
