We arrived from Puerto Pollensa late, looking for a setting for 9 people. After wandering around and being turned down by several places, Bistro 1909 (which we saw early but thought was too busy) was very accommodating and set up a table for us within 25mins. Food was fantastic (steak, burgers, club sandwich, paella, pasta) and ended up being the... More

We had our 8th wedding anniversary here with our two girls. The paella was lovely and wine delicious. The waitress was very knowledgeable about the wine, food, local area and spoke excellent English. Our spaghetti loving children found their meal to be a thumbs up! Worth a try!

have eaten here on my last two visits to alcudia. ideally located in two different venues in the old town. whole menu looked good but the house speciality of fillet steak with béarnaise sauce is what i went for and i was not disappointed. reasonably priced for what you get and have thoroughly enjoyed both my visits. my recommendation to... This was our third visit and the food was great once again. The penne with white wine and chicken is wonderful and the spaghetti bolognese is delicious. The service was very good. We will visit again!

Normally I would avoid restaurants in any "old town" since they tend to be touristy with quality traded for location. This is an exception however. The steaks are excellent and the desserts are to die for. I personally had the chocolate mouse made on rum and coffee. The Swedish Finnish staff is great.

Great food and fantastic service. I tried the chef menu and my family chose from the standard menu. both were wonderful. Food was well cooked and really well presented. Staff were very attentive, even though they were very busy. Only wish I had found this earlier in my holiday.

We went to this restaurant after reading good reviews, the staff were great and very attentive and there are a wide variety of steaks on offer here - but for us, the quality of the meat wasn't the best and they could have been cooked better. Don't get me wrong the meal was fine, but I was disappointed given the... More

A small and cosy bistro in the heart of the old town. Our speciality is Pepper Steak made on a marinated Filet Mignon served with a mild creamy pepper sauce, oven vegetables and potato au gratin. We also serve a delicious paella, pasta dishes, local pork and chicken fillet. All the food is created in-house. We do not use any powder sauces or frozen vegetables. All is our own and cooked with our passion for good food.
