Fantastic food and the waitresses were very friendly but scarce... Big place and only 2 pax waiting tables. Well worth the wait but just be patient

FANTASTIC, WELL WORTH THE WAIT, VERY FRIENDLY and you gave us 3 ???? 2 waiters at lunch time is more than enough for the number of people we normally serve, my dear Vanevv. As our menu says "TIME IS OUR BEST INGREDIENT...." you have to wait a little to get that "fantastic food" since WE OPEN THE DOUGH, WE CUT... More

Food nicely presented, waiters friendly and informative. I enjoyed all that I ate, and actually ate there twice in three days. It's an easy place to find being on the beach and seemed to be one of the busier places during our visit - not hard to see why when you try it! Highly recommended.

We visited this restaurant on our first night in San Jose due to the excellent reviews. Unfortunately we didn't enjoy this restaurant. We ordered the focaccia for a starter and it was burnt and inedible. One of the wait staff then accidentally knocked a bottle of vinegar, which we understand accidents happen, but the vinegar was splashed all over my... More

Hello Mr...... (no name, no track records on Trip Advisor site), first of all, I deeply apologize for the inconvenience, also I apologize that the waiter didn't clean up everything as soon as you wanted, sometimes they get distracted on the way to doing something else. Regarding the focaccia, i'm sorry you don't like it, I love it and we... More

Excellent location just off the beach in San José. We were the first to be seated the evening we visited! Nice staff, seems to be a bit uncoordinated but very very friendly! Had a 'Frusta' and a 'San José' pizza and they were absolutely amazing. Nice dough and very flavourful pizzas. They are quite big! We both agreed that they... More

We read the reviews so paid the place a visit. We weren't disappointed. We were greeted on arrival by a lovely lady who gave us our menu and time to look at it. We ordered a bottle of red wine and water. I ordered the bacon and mushroom pizza and my hubby also had a pizza. When they came they... More

I went for dinner with my wife. I chose the Argentinian special steak. I can only describe it as the worst steak I have ever had in my life. I am a seasoned traveller and have visited over 50 countries. What was presented to me looked like a steak you would get out of the freezer section of Iceland. It... More

Starting to think that the nick chosen on trip advisor is directly related with the fairness of a person; the stranger is the nick the unfair is the comment, dear KLPDDOTCOM. Its unfair you don't mention that we showed you the entire piece of fresh meat where your loin (we dont sell bisteck, it was tender loin) was cut from... More

Never wanted to go go have diner at an italian restaurant when I was in Spain, but Im so happy we did this time! The waitress was more than nice and welcoming. The food was definately the best we had in Spain so far and for sure in San Jose: a must go!
