Short menu but great cooking

A small but fabulous menu, each plate had a lovely mix of flavours and textures and all were original dishes that offered . The portions are very generous so the option for the full tasting menu may be quite a challenge but would be a fantastic culinary adventure! The room is perhaps a little plain but the atmosphere is very pleasant, the music is good but not distracting and the staff are fabulous, very friendly and helpful and very understanding. The pricing is exceptionally good value and I thoroughly recommend Seme, we also ate out in Granville on 5 other nights and nowhere was as good as Seme. Highly recommended!

We already knew it from having come there one summer evening. We loved the non-alcoholic cocktail and would have liked a more generous glass. We loved the starter (fish rillettes) and the main course (leg of lamb). the dessert (tiramisu) was unanimously less to our taste. We were surprised by the Sunday menu only a la carte. We previously appreciated the formulas and the discovery. As a result, the value for money was more consistent in the formulas.

The decoration of the restaurant is very pleasant and warm. The servers provide very good advice and are very kind. And finally the menu is original and careful. The dishes are fine and crafted with acidity, crunch and deliciousness: in short, everything is there. Absolutely nothing to complain about except go there with your eyes closed!

Congratulations to you for this BIB. It's well deserved. see you soon If you're not passing far, stop at Sème, it's worth discovering and the BIB is a fair reward. Even if you are vegetarian there are also dishes for you and even sometimes non-vegetarians try it and are surprised, it is not 'water vegetables'.

Very disappointing for a gourmet bib

Any dinner, expensive for the quality: rubbery abalone as a starter, hake on Camargue rice with braised lettuce at restaurant level U, dry dacquoise for dessert. Very disappointing. Other gourmet bibs are better value for money. Even some stars are less expensive (example the tidal bore in Blainville). Will we go back? I do not think so

We booked Saturday lunch, unfortunately our vehicle broke down. We warned before the service that due to the wait to have a replacement vehicle we will not be present at lunch. I completely understand the restaurant owner's loss of income if he can't rent the table again. But the person on the phone had no flexibility for a solution.... He only knew how to tell me that I was going to pay 25€ per person absent. I may explain to him that I was happy to come, before this car incident, but given this reaction not at all commercial, I will not try to come to this establishment. What a pity that people only think about money.... I wish him in winning and that it brings him more fulfillment.

Very warm welcome

We chose the discovery menu accompanied by different wines commented by the owner, a good sommelier. The different dishes well presented by the owner, the cook who chooses seasonal vegetables also convinced us and we were enthusiastic about this meal. The menu changes every week, I was able to try it 4 times and never regretted my choice. I wish them good luck!

We had an excellent evening at Sème Restaurant. The setting is very pleasant, the welcome warm and the service attentive. The cuisine is rich in flavors and full of originality. The wine we chose was also very good. We will come back with pleasure. Thank you to the whole team for this good time.

Friends praised it to us, they were not wrong. Everything was perfect, the warm welcome, the neat atmosphere and especially the meal. No extended menu, but a guarantee of quality. Vegetarian starter and main course to discover even if you are not a vegetarian! The beetroot risotto is delicious, I still have all the tastes in my mouth. And offering a lettuce heart starter is daring...and delicious. Small downside, lack of warmth and light in the room. Best wishes

A starter combining several flavors with a little sobert. Delicious set. The dish: fish with excellent cooking The veal with a pink cooking and a very pleasant vegetable accompaniment The desert: a final touch that complements the menu well. Alright ! limited choice of dishes but always very good, original and pleasant. This way, we can be sure that it’s fresh and there’s something for everyone. We enjoy everything from starter to dessert, with a very well-made choice of wines. Well deserved BIB MICHELIN.

Beautiful products, refinement, originality, attention to detail, adorable and friendly service, all the ingredients are there for an excellent evening! Deserves to be classified Bib Gourmand.
