The best chargrilled calamari I have ever had. See my picture. Medusa has been in my top 5 restaurants in the world for some years now. I and was so looking forward to going back. Met all expectations. Although we stayed on another part of...the island, we managed to get to Medusa twice on our 6 day stay. The chargrilled prawns were excellent too. Their chips are great too. If you are chilled out, wait for a table and don’t hassle the staff trying to bullldoze your way through, they are simply lovely. We were well looked after with delicious food in a fabulous setting. Good wine list. See you again Medusa.More

I don’t know how this restaurant gets so many good reviews other than its fantastic location since it’s very scenic and on the sea. The food is ok at best, everything is fried and the salads are the most tasteless ones we have had on...the island. The manager is rude , there is, like many other restaurants on the island, no reservation system which would be OK but you feel you are having fast food. The service is rushed more than a typical taverna which tells me that the food is probably precooked to be served faster as the next customers are waiting for their table . If you are in the mood for a leisurely lunch with good food this is not the place and I honestly don’t understand the hype.More

Wish I could leave no stars at all. Food was absolutely horrible and it doesn’t make sense why it’s a seafood restaurant when it doesn’t even meet the seafood standards. The octopus cooked in vinegar was absolutely disgusting and made my whole family feel like...throwing up. Salad doesn’t consist of anything but tomatoes and no dressing on top of that. Got charged 10 euros for a salad when in reality I only got tomatoes. Did I also mention the racist manager? There was a very nice Bengali guy serving us and we were having a friendly conversation until the manager came out and made a very inappropriate comment about his skin color. Overall service was not bad but the management needs to be held accountable for his actions and his words. In short terms, definitely do not recommend to anyone looking for good seafood food!More

This is a special little spot. Even though it's very popular and they don't take reservations, they will try their best to get you a table and if not you can just walk down for a swim in the most beautiful beach by the traditional...fishermen ‘syrmata’ which are no longer allowed to be built. You MUST order the fried feta with honey. Also order any of the fish they leave out to sun dry - we had the mackerel. It was incredible and a specialty for Medusa. You also get views to the cool rock formations that the Sarakiniko beach is famous for.More

This tavern was located up on a hill overlooking the sea! The views were breathtaking! Service was fast & friendly! Fresh, local seafood, freshly grown vegetables, their own house wine, home made bread! The food was fresh & delicious! There is always a queue, worth...the wait! Very popular & busy place. Highly recommend, not to be missed!!More

Nice vibe & lovely view, food was average, shrimp had sand crunch to it, plus octopus was burnt., service a bit slow but was busy and standard for greece 🤣 but other food was very good! Honey & cheese , fries, Sardines & wine…

What can I say? Perfection! Started off with Greek Medusa Salad, Tzatziki, pitarika, feta with honey and octopus with vinegar. That was just the beginning. We added meatballs with fries, white fish with garlic potato spread, chicken souvlaki and ended with calamari. The wait is...long but well worth it. The views of the sea are amazing. Wine was excellent as well as service.More

Excellent grilled octopus. Very friendly staff. Make reservations cause it is very busy. All dishes are worth trying as well as Konstantakis Winery.

Amazing restaurant. A bucket list lunch while in Milos. Medusa is family owned and operated, and the food served is fresh and delicious. The views while you enjoy your meal are incredible. You won’t find anything like it in Greece.

A bit off the beaten path in a little fishing village. Heard about this place from Locals and it didn’t disappoint. Great food and prices, especially after paying out the nose in Mykonos. Has a short wait for a table around 2:00 pm. Food was...fantastic, especially the salad and sausage. Ate on the water with a beautiful view.More

We were recommended this by someone from Olea Bay Hotel. When we got there for dinner the tables were full of people and we were lucky enough to get a table right on the water. As we walked to our table we walked by the...fresh caught octopus that were air drying. The food was fantastic (pork chop, fried calamari, grilled octopus, greek salad) and the wine was great. The atmosphere was fantastic and it turned out to be one of our highlights of the trip.More

The food here is actually terrible. Prepare to wait 30+ mins to be seated if you arrive around 7pm. We ordered the shrimp and it was sandy and gross. Sand crunches in each bite. The octopus was chewy and disappointing. The swordfish was bland. You’ll...be harassed by cats all night trying to eat your food. The only good thing about this place is the view and location sitting outside. If you want to enjoy good food go to any other restaurant on the island. Many better choices in Pollonia.More

Idyllic location. Gets busy, because it is so good. Be prepared to wait - it’s worth it. Food stunning.
