We went to Mandrakia beach, planned to visit Medusa Restaurant for lunch. We are so glad we went to this place. The location is just perfect for lunch with awesome food, wine and oh yes, the pretty cats of Milos to accompany you. Perfect spot...for good lunch and view!More

This was maybe our favourite meal in the Cyclades. Great setting. Great staff. Looking over the Water while we scoffed on swordfish and sardines. We rounded it off with a skinny dip on the beach round the corner. Bravo. Medusa is a must.

Milos is an exceptional place and Mandrakia is an exceptional part of Milos - it only has one taverna - and yes it too is exceptional. Great views, great ambience but most of all great Milos hospitality and great food. Highly recommend the swordfish souvlaki...and grilled squid and eel dishes. The zucchini fritters and rigonati are amazing and the Greek salad with croutons drenched in its juices is something else. Like everywhere in Milos which is good - it’s not just the food but the welcome you will remember. It will be busy in July/August - so book ahead. Thanks for so many great meals guys. 👍👍More

We had an enjoyable lunch at Medusa in early September. The swordfish souvlaki was a highlight. It is quite expensive but (I think) the only place to eat by the harbour at Mandrakia. It is very popular and in non-Covid times I imagine you are...better to book ahead. You will find lots of cats lazing around Mandrakia and they do like to sit by your table and look their cutest in the hope you might share your food. One even made itself comfortable on our bag! If you wander down to the water in front of the restaurant you will see octopus hanging on a line.More

I had a great lunch here on the recommendation of a couple I met the previous day on a boat trip around Milos. Unfortunately, as someone who doesn't eat fish, I did find the menu quite limited, so I ended up having a Greek salad,...tzatziki and bread. But it was all delicious and perfectly filling enough for a lunch. Obviously, it's not their fault I don't eat fish, so I've given them 5 stars because the food I ate was lovely and it's also in a very nice setting next to the sea with great views and the staff were excellent too.More

Top quality ingredients expertly cooked. Great service, friendly and knowledgeable and the carafe white wine is both excellent and a steal. One of the few very good places to eat on Milos.

This restaurant was the best in all of Greece on my 2 month trip. It is in an astounding location overlooking the turquoise waters, with friendly, efficient, ever pleasing staff and phenomenal food, wine and extras! The sardines were by far superior to others Ive...had, aubergine balls were tasty but the smoked eel and fava was the STANDOUT dish! Order the olive oil and bread as extras, even though you pay. The wine is great and the loukoumades that come with your bill at the end are melt in your mouth. I can’t wait to return for a third time if I get the chance!More

this restaurant is a joy from every point of view - the location is amazing and the owner himself goes out of his way to make you feel at home and we bought from him olive oil and capers to take home. Of course the...food is equally fantastic - dont miss out on the sardines \ swordfish \ calamariMore

The only problem of Medusa as meze restaurant is that the plates are too large and the food is too good. Go for octopussy in vinegar - but also all other foor was just exeptional. Accompanied with great food and friendly staff (and good wines)...- what else to expect on holidays?More
