A beautiful place up in the hills with a nice park to walk around between the meals. The staff was absolutely amazing and professional! Would say that this is the only place that is "something else" compared to other restaurants around. A must if you're...around! Will be back!More

This place is a true hidden gem, the location, the surrounding area, everything is perfect. The atrium restaurant is gorgeous and very stylish, with big open windows offering stunning views of the vineyard and the old building. The interior is nicely decorated with perfect table...setting, stylish yet modern look. The food is absolutely delicious, carefully prepared, presented and incredibly good value for money. You cannot go wrong with anything from the menu. The staff is extremely polite and friendly, you feel treated like a VIP !More

I had my eyes on Casa Timis for a while. In every post I saw, the scenery looked great and I could almost taste the wine in the chilled glasses. So, at our first chance, we booked some tickets for their seafood gastronomique event (they...seem to organise this sort of experiences quite often, albeit with different cuisines). Needless to say, expectations were high. They did however meet all of them and made us feel perfect. The food was great, so was the wine. The view was amazing, with winery hills that somehow reminded of Tuscany. Service was also good and welcoming, making the whole experience truly memorable. We couldn’t book accommodation at their premises, but had no trouble finding a taxi back to the city (Ploiesti). Will definitely recommend and return.More

The place is beautifully placed on the hills next to wineyards and lavander fields. I had the best lemonade IN THE WORLD: the lavander lemonade. I am a big lemonade fan and drank lemonade in every country i've been but this..was the best. Also, i...had the pork with different types of corn: pop corn, cornflakes, little baby corn, basic corn and corn puree. The idea and the meal were incredible. The only sad thing..lots of people ordered desserts and the waiter kindly told us that it would take 40 min for the dessert to be ready and sadly we were on a rush. We promise next time to surely stay for desserts. Also, this place promotes fine dining so expect it to be expensive.More

The location is in the middle of nowhere, GPS helps - the road shows 'amazing views' of things being under construction/worked on and is a bit bumpy. Parking spots are usually plenty, but I somehow fail to see the 'great view' that some other reviewers...are advertising (at most, a green hill). Getting a table worked rather fast, plenty of room there - the food was good ( appetizers + main course), but not extraordinary and certainly not at the fine dining level that the prices should indicate. Desert was a total waste - some hard chocolate with a bit of icecream and some grated apple for 32 RON/piece. Still would've been a 4 out of 5 because the food was OKish, but the waiter was a rather lost and couldn't answer any of our questions about the food or the deserts, which, again, should not happen if you sell yourself as the gourmet experience.More

I've been to Casa Timis a few times and every time is great. The service reminds me of American style service since the waiters are always very nice and accommodating to every request. One of the best things about Casa Timis is their flexibility. Even...if it's not on the menu, they make it for you. I was very surprised by this and is one of the reasons I love coming here. The food is good and tastes fresh. The views of the vineyards are amazing and it gives you a nice feeling while being there. Would recommend highly!More

It is wonderful renovation of the site and amazing place to organize the events. The stuff is helpful and friendly! Few things to work to get better. First is the menu which is very short on choices and second in management. If you pretend to...be a high class restaurant you need to maintain some rules. One if you have customers talk not so loudly as the others are not interested about they profitable business and family affairs ( if they behave as on the pubs they should go there). I went in december and there on the ground flour is one terrace door which some clients used and forget to closed.. not sure why this door wasn’t locked in the winter as no clients will choose to sit outdoor. Another aspect is how you treat the new clients; there was obvious that some clients were treated in special way than others even if the use the same menu and at the end they paid same bill. The stuff is so basic with some and very assertive to others which probably are considered local figures. Anyway the place didn’t look as profitable business and if you want clients just for one time ( because they will come one time but they will never want to have the experience again) keep it up. This place can be better with little bit more attention to details!More
