Savita’s shack is a good place to have some fast and quick snacks as well as meals. The chaat was good and not to forget the delicious fried onions. The place doesn’t disappoint. Give it a try!

Foodie friends highly recommended Spice Box so we were keen to visit. Sadly our meal was very poor. The papadums were burnt and the raita to accompany them did not turn up. The onion bhajis were fabulous as were the flat breads. Our okra curry...More

Dear Mike I'm so very sorry to read about your experience at SpiceBox. I was away in Bangkok as you mentioned but I'm surprised that the food quality was so affected. I have trained my staff meticulously and am disappointed to hear of your experience....More

A recommendation to eat at Spice Box led us to this small restaurant on a dark, dismally wet night which was immediately improved on finding this gem tucked away in the container village on Boat Avenue. Savita Sriram is a fantastic host and an expert...More

Simple and authentic. We visited during the local boat ave market (which is also great). My friends son had daal which he said was in the same league as his nanis (grand mother), being Indian that is not easily said or beaten. The chef savita...More

A small place serving good Indian food. Recommend Aloo gobi, veg korma and the samosa chaat. The gulab jamuns were delicious. The cool tender cocoanuts were life savers on a hot afternoon. Good value dor money.

The restaurant is just outside Laguna's entrance gate, at the intersection with traffic lights, with the main road going to the airport.
