Pros: 1. Has potential to be a nice beach club Cons: 1. The staff that initally attended to us and took our order was awful, very bad service and rude staff (ignored us when we tried to get her attention on multiple occasions) however at...the later part of our meal we were served by a different server and she was very friendly and helpful and even changed my drink when I told her it was too sour 2. Mediocre food we had fish and chips and pizza and it just isn't worth the calories or time 3. Dirty, we wanted to sit near the beach however after we sat down we noticed that the chairs had bird poop all over it....to make matters worst there was a guy cleaning the gazebo with a strong hose and cleaning it with some form of cleaning liquid (chlorine or something of that sort) just a few feet away from us and the water was getting near our table so we switched to another table on the inside instead 4. Drinks, quite badly mixed drinks I had a cocktail called the `lick of sunshine' which is a mixture of Malibu, Pineapple and Passion fruit and the drink was so sour and acidic on the stomach that I couldn't really drink it at all and had to ask for ice and sugar syrup...which was still hard to stomach 5. Nothing like the pictures, the beach bar was really nothing like the pictures I'm not too sure if it was because of covid but it isn't worth the trip in our opinion.More

The staff are super amazing and the food is great, a special thanks to Yada and Kookai for looking after us. Enjoying our meals and cocktails pretty much on the beach was just beautiful.

The staff (Nam and her colleagues) are very friendly and the food is delicious. The view is fantastic and the food is beautifully arranged

After reading reviews online… My partner and I decided to book a table by the beach as shown on the pictures online.. however, we found ourselves just outside the restaurant on a terrace away from the beach. We ordered our food and was told we...would have to wait 40 minutes for starters as they were very busy… which is fair enough… I then proceeded to use the ladies and was flabbergasted to what I saw in the ladies toilets… from three toilets non of them were in working condition. There was urine on the floor (clearly a leak) and the toilet was unusable as it had toilet paper up to the top… the second toilet was completely locked and out of order and the third toilet was also blocked, with loads of tissue in the toilet and hadn’t been flushed and had been used!!! It was an awful wrench and I definitely did not want to proceed with our food but was obligated at this point as we had already ordered. I ate very little after the site i witnessed, as you could imagine it was not appetising after all. Furthermore, the food was sub standard and I would suggest going for the Thai Food options as the Italian options were not tasteful at all. The bill at the end was absolutely shambolic for the service, time and hygiene standards presented by this establishment. It really wasn’t worth 2,400 B! Very disappointed and will not be returning.More

The coast beach club restaurant is located in the centara grand beach and resort hotel chain. It has really delicious pizza and pasta. You can sit on the beds facing the sea and enjoy the ocean view while eating. This restaurant serves excellent cocktails and...drinks. The environment of this restaurant is very friendly. It’s really worrying to do a family vacation during covid time! We decide on Phuket because of the many precautions and measure they took! Our teenage boys chose this resort based on the water park, pool and beach facilities! We were definitely not disappointed from...the moment we checked in! This is what Thai hospitality is from the moment you arrived! Amazing reception staff! Rooms amenities might be dated, but you will have the best night sleep! Definitely the most comfortable beds during our stay in Phuket! Not to mention the amazing sea view patio. They have many patio/balcony options! Although, only one restaurant is open during covid time, their have a great menu choices and everything we ordered is delicious!, they have 24 hours room service and last order in the restaurant is at 10:30pm! The restaurant run by Laurent, a definite gem for this hotel, is always checking up on guests and making sure they are happy, as well as giving great advices to guests! The best thing about this resort is with all the staffs that work here! If I have to name someone who helped, gave us great service, assisted us, I will have to list the whole resort staff!! LOL The spa here is an amazing escape and relaxation spot! It’s a peaceful escapes for our kids as well! Lovely father and son, mother and daughter spa day to bond! My kids were ditching their kids club for spa day with mom and dad!! Overall, this is a place to come to with your family if you crave a relaxing holiday that satisfies younger and your older teenage kids! Wait , you will not be disappointed too, great service, great spa, amazing sunset beach walk! Oh did I not mention the cliff jump at the water park LOL so much to do in one resort, you will never leave ! Thanks Centara Grand for this amazing holiday and to all your team!More
