Went here for lunch with a friend and our 2 kids. Most of the many staff were very friendly. We were seated quickly and offered food from the trolleys. Nice food but definitely nothing special unfortunately. I would go again if I had too but honestly would rather spend my money elsewhere as this is one of the more expensive... More

Went here for lunch Yum Cha , reasonable selection of standard dishes dim sim, usual dumplings , seaford selection . Solid dishes but nothing to make want to visit here unless you were here and just needed something to eat. Service and decor were good and quick service.

First time having a meal at this place. Had Yum-cha with family. The place is quiet compare to other restaurants in Springvale despite being a Saturday afternoon. Staffs are generally friendly and happy to serve your table (not sure if it is because that it is quiet that the staffs wanted to do something useful to pass time). A variety... More

We wandered in one night for dinner and they had a function going on but where happy to sort a table out for us up the back so we could enjoy a meal. The service was good, the food was also good. Nothing stand out about the place but very suitable for large functions.

We recently were told about Maxim's restaurant by a Vietnamese friend as having good Vietnamese food. To our joy we discovered it also has good yum cha at lunch time and is a good alternative to our other favourite - nearby Gold Leaf. Maxim's is really welcoming and friendly and they will cover your lunchtime parking costs if you come... More

Went to this restaurant on saturday 3/10 with friends & family. To my horror there were no seats available as they had been booking for a concert. We booked the place a week ago. The manager ordered staff to provided emergency seats for 6 of us. When the concert begins the manager came & ordered us to leave the restaurant... More

My friend booked almost a week ahead and when six of us arrived at the near empty restaurant we were told we didn't have a booking. They eventually set up a table and we started ordering. I ordered Soda water and was brought mineral water which I declined and was told it was the same. I then ordered vegetarian spring... More

Maxim Saigon serves a very cantonese local style "yum cha" or "deem sum." This restaurant is located right in the heart of the Springvale shopping centre which is a very busy area and super busy meal times. I would suggest that you arrive in Springvale around 11:30am to secure a parking spot as it can be challenging. I always take... More

A wonderful place to have a wedding reception. Typical Vietnamese food, loved it especially the soup and noodles.
