We stopped here for tea and sandwiches at lunchtime on a gorgeous sunny day. The patio was the perfect place to sit and enjoy really fabulous and generous sandwiches. There were specials on the board and also many other choices on the menu. One disappointment was no wifi on offer - in a village with no mobile signal this would... More

Despite having holidayed in Swaledale for years I have just been to the tea shop for the first time for lunch with my parents. We all shared a Yorkshire Rarebit and a toasted sandwich. The Rarebit was amazing and so tasty! The toastie was also delicious thanks to the wonderful cheese and homemade pickle. I will make sure we come... More

We stopped here for something to eat before going for a walk in the dales. We ordered soup and toasted sandwiches followed by scones with jam and cream. All the food was delicious and filling, and the service was exemplary. Would highly recommend!

Walked over from Keld to Muker and stopped for a bite at lunchtime. Very friendly owners (husband and wife) who make their food freshly to order. We both had soup and sandwich and can highly recommend the Wensleydale, apple and chutney. One of the best sandwiches we have had and the bread was delicious. Small and quaint but just what... More

This is a small, quaint tea room in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. There are beautiful views all round with many worthwhile walks to get to the Teashop. Although small inside it adds to the charm of this friendly place. The tea and coffee were first rate and the homemade cakes were delicious. Excellent value for money. Well worth... More

An absolutely adorable little village surronded by gorgeous views of the surronding hills and dale. We went to the muker show and loved every minute of it. There was an incredible turnout for such a small villlage and really brought back the country fair atmosphere. I would highly recommend the many walks in the area, and if your get a... More
