Boring, bland and impersonal. Have been to the sister restaurant in Loughton and truly enjoyed it. However, this venue lacked character (and the loos were 2 flights up). Food was ok - but very pricey.

Nice welcome staff nice and friendly atmosphere very good food good as always I recommend the salmon always cooked nice .burger. Also very good.

Just enjoyed another lovely lunch at Loch Fyne in Bluewater. There is a new menu - try the host's cheese and beetroot starter - divine. There are still the old favourites on the menu too. As ever, service very good.
