Our driver recommended this restaurant. The food was possibly the best we’ve had in santo. I had garlic prawns which had rice and papaya salad with it. It was incredibly tasty and not over priced. The view is STUNNING!! this little village is a must...see in Santo. It is paradise!More

Just added another meal to the list of "best meals ever". The whole fish served with a gorgeous green papaya salad, eaten with an icy cold Tusker, toes in the sand, before washing it all off in the bluest waters of Port Olry just metres...away… Dreamy.More

This location had a limited menu on the day we visited. We opted for Santo Beef and we have loved it elsewhere. It was one of the less expensive items on the menu (2000vt). It was served with French fries and a slaw type vegetable....The beef was decent, but slathered in an onion gravy. Not terrible, not great. Limited drink options too. They were missing the ingredients for their special green coconut rum drink. There aren’t many eating options as you head to the north of Santo...I’d consider giving it another try but I’d definitely order something else.More

We ordered coffee not on the menu and were surprises when paying the bill that the manager over-ruled the member of staff that first provided a bill. Dodgy business practice; put us off ordering food.

Absolutely delicious - order your crab and then go for a swim while it is cooking. Beautiful beach, delicious food - my husband had the fish and chips, also yum!

First point is that this place is Port Olry and NOT Orly. The service was fantastic and I was treated as an honoured member of the family. They serve what is available locally and that is fantastic fresh ingredients. The fish, shellfish and fruit has...less than 100m of travel distance before it gets to your plate. The place is very relaxing and I found myself yawning and wanting to sleep at a very early hour. At the other end of the day I was up early and had a very good breakfast at dawn.More

Beautiful location. Simple and rustic. Arms reach of the shimmering water. Food. Sublime. Coconut Crab the best Ive had. Service was swift and good. Very relaxing. You count your blessings after an experience like this. Its not a five star restaurant with local dogs hanging...around and ants invading the table. It was so refreshing to get off the beaten track.More

Family of four had two chicken, one fish and one coconut crab. All meals were very good and came in 30 minutes while we swam just in front of the restaurant. Had a fresh water shower and came straight into the restaurant for lunch. The...beer was very cold. All meals were excellent and the fish and crab was as good as you can get anywhere. The service is laid back but that is Santo!! Great beach too!!More

Some meals were good but way too expensive for a small portion. Every meal is almost $30AUD and above. First off, we ordered 6 meals and we were FIRST before everyone else. We ordered at 12pm, after almost 2 hours went by we asked where...our food was and they say 10 more minutes. 20 minutes later all our came out only to realise one meal was missing. Our poor son was starving. No apology to say they forgot or anything. We kept on waiting and waiting only to realise they forgot to cook fried chicken and chips. Our pizza was burnt black on the bottom. You would think you're getting nice food for the amount of money you're paying. Nice restaurant with incredible views, but the service is terrible! Eat before you go to this beach, or bring snacks but don't order from there, the only thing you'll get quick is your drinks. Food takes way too long.More
