Like always the eisbein was of the best that you will ever find. The atmosphere is nice and the staff is friendly we will definitely recommend the restaurant to friends.

Stopped here while taking the scenic route through Midlands Meander. Food was very good. Can't complain about portion size. Some nice foreign beers to choose from. Waitress was very friendly and made an ordinary lunch one to remember.

Driving along the windy routes of the Midlands has led me to stumble upon this hidden gem (maybe not hidden for the locals). i enjoyed the vibe of the place. It's stop I would make every time I find myself in the Midlands.

Children are also well catered for.The pub offers over 35 different beers from around the world, including our very own local draught beers from Nottingham Road Brewery and a fine selection of wines on our Diners Club Platinum award winning wine list.
