First of all- breath taking view of the gardens, where our dining table was set up. Attention to detail in table setting, linen and lighting was impeccable. Staff were all extremely nice and noticing every customers needs before needing to ask for assistance. Food- although...portions are small and menu itself is one of the higher pricing- very much worth it. A lot of flavour is all our dishes. Best roast beef I had in my life! And the desert was to die for. Very much recommended and I am going back there again.. and again.. and again.More

We had a great Friday night with friends here. Started with aperitifs at 7.30 and then stayed in for dinner. We had a lot of fun, food was top, surroundings - beautiful & it was very affordable. We’ll be back !

If this restaurant had cost less, then my expectations would have been lower. But at these prices in Malta one expects perfection We did not get perfection, but we did have an enjoyable meal and the staff were very pleasant and caring We paid 130...Euros for dinner for two, including a bottle of their cheapest wine. We had one starter, two main courses and one dessert altogether All were very good except the starter, which was 3 "scallops" for 22 euros. I discussed at length the problems with the serving staff The bread served was exceptionally good - you get your own crispy, fresh loaf. The "chefs compliments" fois gras amuse bouche was very good, and our main courses and dessert were good The setting of the restaurant is very agreeable, and all in all, it is a very nice place to have dinner. But was it up to 65 euros a head? I did not think so, but even so may be tempted to eat there againMore

We visited for Saturday lunch with my girlfriends. The atmosphere is amazing, the staff is very friendly, the service is very good and the food is nice. The portions are not so generous and we had beef stew and I felt that the meat had...extensive amount of fat.More

We called in for lunch on a Friday the place was busy but the service was very professional. The setting outside the building is superb we sat in the garden area. the food was good and the value although on the top end of eating...in Malta was still good. If you go to eat here take the time to wander into the garden and see the produce they are growing. You will not be disappointed with a visit hereMore

We spent a week in Naxxar and became regulars at Luna restaurant. From the moment you enter the premises you feel you are walking into a fairy tale. The decor is stunning, and the garden is an enchanting piece of paradise. We were regulars for...aperitivo under the shade of the many buganvilleas. We also went for lunch, but we definitely had our best experience over dinner: the gorgeous setting, beautiful lighting, fine silverware... Everything was perfectly looked after, you'd notice the extreme care the staff put into making the guest's experience memorable. The quality of the dishes was superb, and to top it all the service was just outstanding. We appreciated the care and attention we've received and in particular we'd like to thank the maitre de salle Maria for making out time at Luna just unforgettable. Hopefully we'll be back one day.More

The venue is beautiful and I understand why people like it however the food itself is average to say the least. We had the tuna ftira which for the same standard you can buy for 3euros elsewhere. Here it was 12euros. And a coronation salad...for 15euros but nothing special either. It's normal to be overpriced for the venue but expected much better food quality from a high end establishment and for the hype.More

I had heard about the restaurant at the Palazzo in Naxxar for years so was pleased to be going there for lunch, having not been since it was a private house. The service was exemplary all the staff in crisp white linen matching the glorious...white Borgainvillea in the garden. We were served freshly baked warm bread. I had a really delicious salad with tuna and avocado even though it was simple it was excellent. We shared a bottle of crisp cold white wine. We finished with extremely refreshing sorbet. A perfect place to take lunch on a hot August afternoon with my mother in law. This is a total oasis of elegance and sophistication.More
