This is a GEM of a restaurant, we love coming here.. Jack's place is a full service, eatery in Mahmutlar with an incredible menu selection . I live here and have frequented many places over the past couple of years. Jack himself ( Mr. Jack ) is one of the most active restaurateurs I have ever encountered. He is there to greet you, seat you, and checks in frequently, his outstanding server team Sarah and Orhan are so friendly and attentive, they all work in unison with their amazing Chef/kitchen crew to provide a most excellent dining experience. His Steaks are unsurpassed.. Everything is so fresh, and the presentations are artistic and creative. Every time we go there, we like to try something different, and each item we have tried has been 100% on point with flavor, creativity and value. His house steak special is my favorite, his pizzas are also excellent. I can't say enough.. except thank you Jack for keeping the standards high in your great restaurant

İ love this place been going there for couple of years now, mr Jack is the Best he treat us like a family, and there is sara a very smiley and friendly person, they have the Best service and of cours the tasty food that make us always go there again and again.
My favorite is the steak with the shrimps, they have the Best steaks but specialy this steak is always My favorite.
İts place where you can Just relax with your family, have a good time, enjoy good music and have a lovely meal

We came to Jacks on a whim walking around - we were immediately greeted with a smile and seated in seconds, menu prices were more than reasonable and not as expensive as other restaurants
Given a type of bread with dips for free as a wee starter which was lovely, mains blew my mind - I ordered a steak with prawns and was beyond delightful, I was almost licking the plate! I mentioned to Mr Jack how I loved the side of rice and asked how he did it, his response was sending me over a HUGE bowl of rice as a treat - I could barely finish it!
We came back a few days later and we were remembered by staff and looked after brilliantly, obviously i ordered the steak again and demolished it.
We were gutted to leave but Mr Jack assured us he would be sending us a steak back to England - we will recommend this place to anyone and everyone

Me and my family came to this establishment for dinner. 3 people ordered steaks, which were incorrectly prepared and cooked. Everyone ordered medium rare, however the steaks were almost raw. They were very charred on the outside of the steaks and raw inside. They were cooked with accelerant, which made them taste like petrol. When one of our party had politely told the manager that it came incorrectly cooked, he brushed it off and told him that it was ‘how he ordered it’. He then walked off. This was extremely unnecessary as the way that the manager was approached was in no way rude. The steaks were 80% gristle which made them inedible and below expected restauraunt standards. A pizza that was ordered was served undercooked and with the wrong toppings. Another guest ordered prawns, which came with 4 prawns and alot of oil. However, when we raised the issue politely to the correct employees( the manager), at first he refused to speak to us. When we eventually spoke to him, he was extremely rude and careless that his customers were dissatisfied with their experience in his establishment. No apology was made which is very unproffesional. He agreed to take the steaks off of the bill after what he made out to be alot of hassle. We then waited for our bill for around 20 minutes and during these 20 minutes a group of the workers, including the manager, were stood together behind the bar staring at us and having a conversation between themselves in turkish, we speak turkish so we understood them. This made us feel uncomfortable as all we did was ask for the food to be correct as we were paying for it. Not long after we left, multiple members of our party were ill.

This place is amazing! Jack makes effort to personally greet all of his guests and actually shows interest and gratitude for choosing his restaurant. All of the staff work really hard to meet the demands of this place and it really shows what a great team they are, they go above and beyond! It was our daughter’s 21st birthday and they lit flares and candles and made a massive fuss of her and sang happy birthday with a slice of cheesecake. Little touches like that go a long way and it was beautiful to have that added effort. The food is delicious and everyone is very friendly, 100% recommend this place to everyone. They even brought out free icecream for the children and watermelon, thank you once again, we had a great night.

Have tried multiple restaurants around this area but this is the place we keep coming back to. The food here is just to good to pass on and it comes out perfect every time, be it chicken curry, nuggets and fries for the children or any of the steaks.
While the food is perfect the service is even better. Being here with a 3 year old the staff focus a lot of the child by giving extra decorations in the drink, talking to her, giving hi-five when walking by, picking up if something fell down and just doing everything they can to make it a really good experience for us and our child.
If you come here as a family with children and Huseyin is working you will have a really good experience and good food.

Absolutely amazing! We had the mixed grill and Turkish delight. By far the best steak we have ever had. Was cooked to absolute perfection!
The steaks were served with beautifully cooked veg so there was no need for any sides.
Lovely ambience and the staff were very friendly.
Would highly recommend and would go back

I think this was overall the best experience I've ever had in a restaurant.
Starting with the interior and exterior, it was beautifully arranged. Everything feels so welcoming and at home whilst still maintaining the elegant and high-end look.
Our waiter Ayhan has given us the best possible service we could ask for. He was always by our side in case we needed anything and has even recommended each one of us the food based on what meat we wanted. He was very nice and welcoming. While being professional, he still talked to us like we were friends, made jokes and made us feel at home. I can't write enough of good words to describe the amazing work he was doing.
Now to the food. We are from Prague, Czech republic and each were in very many restaurants around the world, both fancy and street restaurants. Given all this, I'm not exaggerating when I say that everything we had from the menu including drinks was incredible! 10/10 by both taste and presentation. I will include some photos.
Overall I'm very pleasantly surprise with this hidden gem of a restaurant and will definitely come here again if we're ever again in Antalya.

Good food I think can be found in Mahmutlar in many places, but also Jacks. The owner goes a next step in making sure guests are comfortable. Also presentation of dishes are excellent.

We've been to this place twice: breakfast and dinner. Everything was nice - quality of food, volume of portions, polite staff. You can eat on any wallet. Welcome from the restaurant - delicious lush tortillas with sauces and olives. I really liked the salad from the chef - a mix of salad leaves with cheese, nuts, raisins, and a very delicious sauce. They also took a meat mix - ooh, very delicious meat. The portions are good, you can saturate one portion. I wish I'd taken the photo, because I was hungry.

This is the most delicious meat place in Alanya! Incredibly tasty, huge portions, for 3 girls we couldn’t finish a dish meant for 2! Please keep this in mind when ordering. Very friendly staff, Hüsayn serves us, speaks Russian, amazingly delicious restaurant

Food is great, owner is great, but he should be more careful with employees. One basic thing is that the female part of the couple have to be treated especially good.
We came there for many many months, but staff can make a difference, if bad it makes no additional vist (a lot of choice).
Having said that I really like your dishes, a shame.

After eating at the most awful all Inclusive hotel we decided to have a walk out for something to eat. We came across this little beauty. I can't find anything bad to say about it. The food was absolutely gorgeous, the presentation was stunning, the service was excellent. We definitely be returning before we leave

Really good food and great packing. Ordered food and packet service and it was well packed and a quick delivery. Everything we ordered came, and it was excellent! Can’t wait for this pandemic to be over so we can enjoy the food in the restaurant!
