We had an opportunity for a rare night out without children so we decided to try the Boathouse. We are plocals but had not visited for 10 years or so following a disappointing experience last time. Unfortunately this experience was no better. We started our visit with a pleasant couple of drinks in the sunset bar on the upper level.... More

We went here with another family of 5 and had a long lunch. The food and service was great. After lunch the adults sat overlooking the lake over a wine, while the kids trundled across the road for ice cream and a stroll along the waterfront. Great place with beautiful water and beach views - we'll definitely be back!!

Came for an early dinner with the whole family - service was friendly with good food at good prices and generous portions - the beef cheek and fish curry were stand outs at our table. Kids are also well catered for. Excellent spot to sit with a glass of vino and watch the sun go down.

Travelling to Noosa for Christmas from the UK we researched online for a good place to have our Christmas Lunch months in advance, we were not disappointed. We arrived early for the 13.15 sitting but were made welcome and settled very quickly with a pre dinner drink. We had a window table overlooking the river which was perfect. A very... More

Lovely restaurant next to the noosa river. We had no reservation and it was quite busy. On the 1st floor they have a bar with an amazing view. They suggested us to have a drink there while they arranged our table. We already had a drink, so didn't went back but we didn't have to wait that long. After a... More

Great location at the Noosa waterside. Great choice on menu. Staff unbelievably friendly and knowledgeable. Sunset bar is above restaurant - a great location to have a pre-prandial drink as the sun sets. Only poor item was the ricotta donuts on the sweet menu. It was not good at all. Everything else was great. Lexie our waitress was excellent.

9 had dinner with multiple bottles of wine & mixed drinks for around $400 AU. Mains were fresh fish (snapper, sword & barramundi), veggie platters and gnocchi with braised lamb. All the fish dishes could be had 4 different ways with simple grilled fish. Side salads were massive! All the diners were pleased and quite full. The place was right... More

Food was nothing flash and the service pretty slow. The waitress accidentally stuck her finger in the tartare sauce when delivering our meal hoping we didn't see.
