Food was very hit and miss. The service was poor in comparison to other local places we went to. Was charged 12e for a gyros plate, that was barely edible.

We have sadly just finished our holiday in Agios Gordios, but i was so impressed with the area and the food that i wanted to leave a glowing review. How many places will replace your drink without asking if you drop it? - The waiter...on the beach noted the the glass half full but full of sand after my clumsy son nocked it over and replaced it without asking. The evening meal was special, we didnt ask for a specific table, just can you book me in for 8, we got an amazing table over the beach, ordered traditional greek food which tasted amazing and then the bill came for £50 for 4 people including drinks and 2 dessertes i was well impressed. So we went again afew days later :) The small details on holiday make the holiday and we where blessed to go due to Covid, but so happy we made the choice.More

If you want to be ignored and bathe in 30 degree heat without a drink then this if the place. After attempting to make eye contact to order for drinks, and expressing we wanted to order food. We were told food wasn't served until 12,...which is fine. But we expected someone to come over to take our order when it came to it. This didn't happen. We had to pester for a menu with the return of a disgruntled waiter. As if it pains him to walk to the restaurant to pick up a menu to give you. This one goal for a waiter should neither be a bother or necessity to ask for a menu. After receiving the menu, it was over an hour before the waiter came back to take our order. We ended up leaving and taking our custom next door. Which to our pleasant surprise gave the best service, with an attentive waiter, dinks and food flowed without having to wait and ask for basic amenities. Go next door to Ark!!More

I went to this restaurant based on good reviews and ordered with my husband a soutsoukakia with wild rice, a grilled sea bream and a greek salad. The rice wasn’t actually wild at all, just plain rice mixed with some wild rice, the soutsoukakia was...supposed to be in spicy sauce and it wasn’t and the greek salad was the tasteless I’ve eaten since I’m in Greece and I’m here for 3 months now. The sea bream was ok. The sauce was nice also. The only reason we haven’t returned everything was because we were really hungry. I also gave this feedback to the waitress but she wasn’t really interested in it. The view is gorgeous, too bad the food was so poor.More

Worst experience ever!! AVOID IT. As a ‘tourist’ I should warn you and strongly recommand to avoid this place. The staff was unprofessional as we had to wait half an hour to be served. We were charged for the set at an excessive price of...13euros ( never seen it in any other beach bar in the area or Corfu in general) ALTHOUGH we had already ordered and received our drinks, and obviously were “customers” and as such should have not paid. Also they did not give us the receipts which is illegal. To end it, when we confronted the person in charge we were told that ‘this is the policy of the shop’as she kept repeating over and over to finally be told that ordering an orange juice and a bottle of water is not considered as 2 drinks ( nowhere does it mention anything about this ‘ policy’ ). They were rude and inconsiderate as to what had happened. They just wanted to STEAL some tourists. Strongly do not recommend this place.More

We had a nice dinner at Sabbia, the ambience is lovely and relaxing. The view is also pretty amazing! In terms of the food I have tried the margarita pizza which was ok and my partner went for a local meatball dish. Coctails were also...ok but not strong at all. Overall we had a nice dinner.More

Lovely wine, nicely chilled and served in a nice glass (makes all the difference)! Service was friendly. Lovely place to watch the sun set right on the front. The food was great. The prawn starter was especially good and they kindly did a small portion...of pasta for the baby (they have no separate children’s menu).More

There are many choices for restaurants along the front beach boardwalk to choose from but as a local reccomended, this is one of the better places to chose from (though Taverna Theodoros is the best. The menu here has all the basic choices as other...places but the ingredients were very fresh, the food was well presented and the service was very friendly. The lamb souvlaki was excellent. The view of course is lovely as you are right on the beach. We suggest you make a reservation for a table near the front of the restaurant nearest to the beach at sunset! We also enjoyed watching the football game at their bar after our meal with our after dinner drinks. Prices were mid-range but the food quality was worth it. We would go back.More
