Went for a meal at this great taverna. Excellent food, large portions, delivered in a friendly and professional manner. Staff great and the price was surprisingly affordable for the amount of food and drink we received! Can’t wait to return 😀

Dad and children aged 12 and 15 ate an evening meal. Moussaka, Calamari and Souvlaki were all good! We had all inclusive service paid at the Lyttos beach hotel. But wanted to try something else for a change.
Great place for traditional food , fresh fish was excellent. Drinks as reasonable prices. Overall a great meal.
Just spent a week eating at Zorbas ,a different meal every night except one and every one for me was perfect ,or in Greek Fantastic o without doubt for me probably the best eating experience I could ask for .the quality of cooking, care of...Eleni was superb ,this lady is much better than a cook she is a chef without doubt ,the flavors that are used in Crete for me are unsurpassed, the blend of herbs and spices are as good as any whatever I chose the results were exceptional ,I still can't believe how good the food is , Also the lady Amalia looked after the tables, served talked to customers who she knows as friends from frequent return visits and runs the place with a little help from family .Last but not leased a big thank you to Nikos and Stavros ,I happened to mention I was having problems with receiving email to my phone for my Passenger Locator form and he said without pause have it emailed here so complements to Easyjet for sending to Nikos and for him to print it of before I sat down to dinner ,that is service with a smile .Thanks again I will be back .More
We ate here three times while staying locally for 12 days. Kept coming back because the owners are so friendly and the food was delicious and great value for money. The weekly 'all you can eat' Greek buffet night is outstanding. They own the sports...bar across the road and that place is really welcoming too.More
Amalia and Stavros make you feel so welcome whether you are on your own or in a group. Delicious fresh food cooked by a wonderful chef. Nothing is a problem so if you have a special request, just ask. The desserts are fabulous!
What else can I say apart from fantastic service & amazing food! Loved it there. Very friendly and helpful, wonderful with children so if you are in the area this is a must go to restaurant.
We went as a family of 4 in August. The welcome and help from the main lady and her son is second to none. We had a meze for 2 (€30!), children’s meals, wine and not forgetting the complimentary chocolate cake and raki at the...end. Such good value. We were told most of their veg is home grown and that they make everything themselves. Toys and games were brought out to entertain the kids so we had a nice game of jenga before we started and then my youngest was led to a corner where there lots of cars to play with. They said it was their favourite night of the holiday and it was certainly mine! The food was delicious! My favourite dishes in the meze were the giant beans and the cheese saganaki. Yummy!More
Tuesday evening 18th August, our first evening in Analipsi and we visited this Taverna for dinner. It was a good choice, we were warmly welcomed, very friendly lady, Émili, looked after us throughout the evening. While waiting for our dinner we were treated to a...large basket of bread and a plate with potato salad and a cheese dip (included in the cover charge of €0.60 each). We ordered pork gyros and soutzoukakia (Greek meatballs in tomato sauce) and 2 large bottles of Mythos beer. Our meals €8.50 & €9.50 respectively, reasonably priced and the portions were big, definitely need a big appetite here. The food was very tasty. A large bottle of Mythos was €3, which was a bit cheaper than other taverna around. We had another beer after dinner. Then were were treated to a double shot of a local Raki (fire water). Before our bill arrived, we were offered a rather piled plate of fruit, which we declined, could not eat it and did not want to waste it. Most enjoyable evening, we will be back.More
This is my first time in Crete and I am definitely not disappointed. If proper traditional Greek food is what you are after then this is the place. Food is fantastic, very tasty and portion sizes are brilliant too. The host Nikos, Amalia and Stavros...are friendly, helpful and make you feel very relaxed. I couldn't have asked for anything better. I am only here for 1 week but I will definitely be coming back here againMore
We found this little gem towards the very end of our 7 day stay in Analipsi-otherwise we would have visited again! We ordered the Meze for 2-about 9 or 10 plates and all delicious-they just kept coming. Then complimentary melon to follow-perfect.Lovely family run Taverna.
A fabulous welcome awaits you at this taverna. The food is good honest and tasty. You are made to feel so welcome that you don't want to leave. Except to cross the road to their bar opposite where you will get just as good a...welcome. Don't visit Analipsi without calling inMore
Amazing food Massive portions The lady and am sure it's her brother are so friendly and she looked after my 2 year old so well like her own Try it
Great Greek taverna , brilliant family atmosphere ,waitress amazing friendly helpful attentive to all her customers , cant recommend highly enough, even in Greek restaurants I struggle with vegetarian variety dishes , with exception of starters , and they arranged a Greek meze plate which...was so good , it should be on the menu , and when I revisited it was as good again I have praise this restaurant for going out of their way to serve the customer !More
What a wonderful warm welcome awaits you at Zorba's Taverna in down-town Analipsi - 200 yards inland from the beach, up the road by Sparrow travel. Local Greek food served in generous portions at reasonable prices, washed down by a cold bottle of Mythos! Perfect....The hosts are fantastic and it's a joy to escape from your hotel and have lunch here. It made our holiday! Many thanks! Just check out what has been cooked especially that day - the beef kokkinissto is a must - and enjoy! You'll be treated to a complementary 'dessert' and I would definitely recommend the yoghurt and cherries! Delicious!More
