Very popular and busy restaurant on the main road. Booking was essential at the time we visited. Nice airy courtyard with greenery. Ordered one litre of house white wine and also offered a complimentary bottle of water to go with our meal. For starters we...chose fried squid and fresh mushrooms with garlic and wine sauce. The squid came with salad and a dip, and was very good, cooked perfectly. The mushrooms came in a good size square dish and were tasty. We also had some bread which came with butter, garlic butter and a little pot of olives and was the best we enjoyed anywhere in the resort. For mains we had chicken fillet with wine sauce and roasted lamb with plum sauce. The chicken sauce was white wine sauce, with mushrooms, peppers, garlic, onions and mustard, which was very nice. The lamb was absolutely excellent. Melt in the mouth lamb encased in a not too sweet sauce, the balance was just right and the meal was enjoyed very much. Both dishes came accompanied with Greek potatoes and rice. Complementary desserts of two small panna cotta pots were served to finish. Having enjoyed the evening so much we decided to revisit on our last evening. Pre booked a table in the courtyard area but unfortunately the weather was poor and was quite showery so all diners were situated under cover. The usual carafe of the house white was duly requested and we decided to opt for the fried squid and fresh mushrooms again having enjoyed them so much previously. For mains we went for Swordfish (€13.00) and slowly roasted lamb shank (€13.50). The swordfish was well cooked and came with oven potatoes, courgettes and peppers with a balsamic dressing and side salad, together with a little pot of sauce. This was enjoyed very much. The lamb shank came with sauce with potatoes and carrots and again was excellent. We were brought complimentary red & green grapes to finish our meal and were also offered complimentary liquors which we accepted with pleasure, choosing Tia Maria and Baileys. Suffice to say we enjoyed dining here very much. Was a close toss up to which one out of Nectar & Ambrosia, Ratatouille and here was the best in our opinion. In the end its personal choice and we are sure that if you go to all three you will not be disappointed. Was really nice here at Jasteri. Lovely hosts, attentive and happy to stay and chat a little despite being very busy. Booking essential as we witnessed many people being turned away or being asked to wait at the bar. Really lovely dining experience Visited 2nd & 7th Sep 2021More

This restaurant is in in Trulos. We tried to get a table early in the week, but it was fully booked.I am not surprised ,As we were successful the next night. The head waiter took us to the bar area and said a table would be ready...in 30 minutes. On time a very attentive waitress showed us to a table The starter of Feta in Honey was great and the Kleftiko lamb superb.A memorable dining experienceMore

This restaurant was a spontaneous choice for us and turned out - we couldn´t decide any better. Super friendly staff, speaking many foreign languages fluently. Amazingly delicious food, very pleasant atmosphere, unique food presentation, reasonable prices. Definitely one of the best restaurants in Skiathos, we...only can highly recommend.More
