This restaurant was a gem for lunch. Menu is limited and simple but delicious! Friendly family style service. It was relatively inexpensive too. The grounds are also nice, with farm buildings, church etc.

Need to try if you like seafood and you should go for the Alfarroba pie as a desert. One of the bests restaurants to eat seafood in all Algarve.

the place is worth visiting for lunch, and not only - there is a a sort of open-air museum presenting an old Portuguese village - a farm, school and more more attraction to be seen. The food is amazing, the service very quick and professional.

Yes you can get a local bus, stop at Chinicato, or ask the bus driver, they know the restaurant. Busses are going every hour, so you might be better of with a taxi (Probably 8 € or so.
