We were a group of 6, an adult family. Lots of different tastes. All were careered for. The food, the atmosphere, the staff. Everything was great and voted as our favourite restaurant in Batsi. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

The food was delicious!! The best we 've had in Batsi! We chose the dishes of the day: lamb with cheese, green peppers and onions and zucchini filled with meat in egg-lemon sauce!!! Just perfect!

Food OK, if variable - our souvlaki was underdone by Greek standards, but the next table's was burnt. Dishes rather underpopulated; the souvlaki plate was a souvlaki plus a handful of fries, without the usual tzatziki, salad, pita, etc. Service a bit haphazard.

Management response:

Sorry to disappoint you .But a Resteraunt. Doesn't serve tsasiki and pita bread in one .only at a fast food Resteraunt . Thank you More

Advised by a couple of locals to try this restaurant which we did on two occasions. It is well located overlooking the the pretty harbour. On our first visit it was very busy but we managed to find a table. The service was good and staff friendly ,the food was 1st rate if a little expensive. A most enjoyable meal,so... More

Shame on Stamatis owner! After a good but expensive meal, he came to our table and asked if we wanted 10% off with no receipt. Tax cheater! His prices already included the required 24% tax. So no matter what he was still making money. We told him we did NOT want his deal. We paid and got a receipt. ALWAYS... More

Stamatis was the grandparent who taught the son Giannis all his cooking secrets. Giannis in his turn had the talent and his cooking is the absolute comfort food. Together with his lovely wife Kalliroi have taken care of us many times. Kalliroi is famous for here orange pie and amazing baklava. Now the son Stamatis has also finished cooking school... More

Ioannis has taken over the restaurant from his parents it is still as good as it was 30 years ago. Wonderful to go back and enjoy delicious traditional food and be greeted with a smile.

We ate here twice during our stay as our first experience had been so positive. All of the food is very fresh - particularly the salad and the sea bass which was so fresh the bones practically fell out on their own! There are lots of options of where to sit; either on the terrace overlooking the water or on... More
