We had a blast as always the food was excellent once again i don't get the bad rep they are trying to give to this place. The location is on the old harbor of Lavrion with an uninterrupted view of the sailing boats and the...sea. Petrino is a traditional greek fish tavern with fresh fish and really nice finger food mezedes it has a variation of vegetarian dishes and there are 2 or 3 dishes for red meat lovers but we always come for the fresh grilled fish the seafood and the freshly cut fries to die for, as well as for the spice saganaki and it is the only place you can get my favorite Mykonian dish mostra is the bruschetta of the mediterranean islands spice cheese best dish for ouzo and tsipouro we love getting the muscles with the feta the place is for fish and seafood lovers if you like something more special you can always call them a day ahead but generally is one of the most unpretentious honest greek seafood tavern like the old days.More

Greek Traditional Kitchen at its best, I highly reccomend

Petrino is a very good restaurant that I always visit when I have chance to come in Greece. The food is outstanding the staff is incredible. Very nice place for dates as well.

What a wonderful place to eat!

Petrino is a great restaurant for a couple or a family to have their launch or dinner. Fresh fish and delicious plates. Every time I think of Laurio, this is the best restaurant

Delicious seafood

We had fried shrimps, steamed mussels, and fried anchovies, which were all delicious. The view to the port is great. A bit windy.

Poor by all means

We passed by to have a lunch. Location is formidable, just opposite the marina, but this was all. The starters were acceptable, but the main dish was horrible, soaked in oil, uneatable. And service, was negligent, waitresses shouting and loughing between themselves, neglecting customers.

Dreary

Poor service... Moderate food. Redeemed to some degree by location. Overall Not recommended. Meatballs took 30 mins to arrive although necessarily reheated. Chips Ok.

Perfect steamed Mussels

Definitely the best mussels I ate in Greece during the last 5 years... And I do it very often... Fried zucchinis and pommes not less tasty... Only the housewine, we tried the white, is not at the top of the scala... Can highly recommend for...a perfect and modest priced lunch.More
