Very average octopus, not what I expected based on reviews and overall restaurant score. Very friendly staff, atmosphere is on the spot.

Amazing experience, best location on Brač. Really good vibes and a beautiful view from the terrace. We had fish, it was awesome. Only thing that was a bit limiting was the wine card offering only 2 sorts.

The starters were great. Local cheese, house made wine and bread. Perfect. Main courses - grilled fish with vegetables and another local speciality - Pašticada was very poor in flavours. The desert was ok. The ambiance is nice and the jazz playing helps to create...the atmosphereMore

Went here for a lunch. One of the best restaurants I have been to. Ambience, food and service were beyond expectations. Must not skip it.

Authentic and delicious food - we had octopuses, fish. Desserts are great too - both local specialties. Great location, atmosphere In the end small tour around castle - very interesting story behind it. Totally unique experience.

This was one of the best experiences ever! Location, staff, service, food, everything was on a high level. This old house/castle is located in a small village Dol, above Postira. We've ordered "hobotnica ispod peke" or "octopus from peka" and it was absolutely amazing. You...need to reserve the table and that meal day before since it takes time to prepare it. We had 3 course dinner (salted anchovies, tuna pate and olive oil pate with home made bread for starter, octopus from "peka" for main and house desert), price is 210kn oer person and 0.3l of house wine is included, which is absolutely ridiculous price for all of that (in a good way obviously). After the amazing dinner, on of the waiters (he is owner as well) took us on a tour around the house (old apartment above the terrace of the restaurant) and showed us how everything was arranged in 19th century and told us the story about his family and that house/castle. In the end, you can buy their house wine (red and white), olive oil and some other souvenirs. High recommendations for Kastil Gospodnetic.More

If you're looking for a special and authentic dining experience on island Brac - this is your spot! Call in advance to book your table & order peka menu. We had octopus peka - octopus was so soft one could cut it without the knive,...and potatoes were soaked and pink from baking juices. This menu comes with appetizer (home made bread, olive and tuna spread), included wine and orange cakes, for the price of only 200 kunas per person. Pets are welcome, there is no distrubance with your mobile data signal if you're bringing kids. Staff is very kind and warm. You can learn more about their family tradition and see the whole house. If you're not into peka, you can check the rest of the menu on their website - theres lamb, pasticada, rabbit stew with gnocchi and many more. Five stars from us!More

We had a fantastic family dinner. Home made appetizers were outstanding, the peka simply delicious. Very friendly staff – our son is allergic to some ingredients so they offered replacements so he could also enjoy the food. Will definitely come back next year!
