Caldera Romantica Restaurant-Cafe is suited in Akrotiri at the road for Faros (light house). Our Restaurant - Cafe is just in front of Caldera, with a view on Vulcan islet, Aegean blue sea, and memorable sunset. Taste our traditional plate from the menu, as long as the set menu on request with low prices for groups, Vegetarian, Diabetics and Celiac gluten free, and set menu for couples and Honeymooners with romantic decoration on your table with spectacular view of the volcano and memorable sunset. For them that they want to visit us only for a romantic evening or morning and they to drink any of our drinks, coffees or taste any dessert we are the right choice.

Freshest fish on the island

Calder is a hidden gem in a rural part of the island and 100% worth the beautiful view and drive to Akrotiri. We ordered the fish and thought it was the freshest on the island…tender and melted in your mouth. And was not fishy at all. The sauce and salad pairings were carefully prepared and delectable. Maria was our server and was very friendly and genuine. The kitchen makes everything fresh and they don’t offer ketchup or tomato paste because everything the chef cooks with is from scratch. Foodies will love it.

Great Restaurant at the Caldera Romantica

During my stay at the Caldera Romantica, I enjoyed breakfast, lunch and dinner at their restaurant. The menu is modern and Kostas, the chef, does a great job in the kitchen. The view from the restaurant overlooking the caldera. I would recommend that you try their lunch and dinner during your stay. You will not be disappointed.

Great food overlooking picturesque scenery

This isn’t just the best restaurant in Santorini - the food here is world class! It’s chic and beautifully presented! We were spoilt as we stayed at the hotel here and had breakfast every morning, which was, again, the best breakfast buffet that we’ve had on a European holiday. So we were normally too stuffed for a lunch! But glad we made room on two occasions Highly recommend Santorini biscuits and sea bass. The chocolate fondant was perfectly spongey on the outside and goey in the centre! Really sensational food!! Thankyou all at the Caldera Romantica

After seeing the sunset, my boyfriend and I had dinner at this lovely restaurant. The kindness of the staff welcomed us, and the food we ordered was delicious, since the quality is high. The experience was extremely positive, we therefore recommend this place!

Superb dinner!

By far the most delicious meal we have enjoyed in Santorini! Small menu but everything was very tasty. Highly recommend the shrimp starter. Sea bream for mains - absolutely perfect and the chocolate fondant was the best we have ever tasted ! Wonderful friendly service !

Beautiful setting for dinner

A taste sensation!

This has just the greatest view over the Caldera and the sunset is to die for. Oh and the food is superb as well. Try the Lamb shank - it melts in your mouth The breakfasts are excellent as well.

We had a beautiful dinner at this restaurant right in front of the Akrotiri sunset. The hostess was really kind and we had a great time. The food was really good. Would recommend !!

Amazing creations, great location

We were eating spontaneous there and definitely not the last time. They have a small selection of tasty creations. If you are looking for quality and not quantity for a good price, you will get very happy in this restaurant during watching the sunset.
