We stopped here for a lunch when visiting the beaches on west coast of Karpathos. We tried some seafood dishes and pasta. The food was great, especially we liked octopus in vinegar.

great location at the small port, when we arrived the owners were just getting their fishing equipment ready. We were able to select the fish we wanted them to cook and it tasted great.

It is advised to call first if you want pasta with specific seafood (e.g. lobster 🦞). The location, service and taste are worth visiting. The most tasteful pasta I ve ever tried. 4 stars for the price and the raki served as dessert, I believe...that the appetizers could cost 2-3 euros less to reach perfection. Great job! (And very very clean + COVID friendly)More

Taverna was recommended from our hotel owners as one of the best for fresh fish. Indeed we enjoyed the fish, we took 2 kind of different fish together with the small Karpathian shrimp, all was excellent ! Service was also very good.

Very nice family offering delicious food! Fresh, and organic when possible. In two days we greatly enjoyed the king prawn dish, several starters, and several homemade deserts. Traditional dishes have a distinctly own taste. Really amazing! Their location, overlooking the tiny village harbour, only adds...to experience. Whenever on Karpathos we make sure to visit this restaurant.More

We visited the restaurant twice because their shrimps of Karpathos and sea food spaghetti is so delicious! They were so fresh and cooked perfectly cooked. Staff are very friendly and prompt with the orders. The restaurant faces the sea and it’s perfect during the day...for a nice view, at night it turns into a very classy environment.More

My husband and I visited this place on our last night in Karpathos under recommendation of the lady that works at the beach in Arkasa. The place has a wonderful location, right in front of the most peaceful beach. During the dinner you can hear...the waves breaking while watching an amazing sunset behind the hill. The owner is a very nice lady, the waitress is her niece. Such a young nice girl that helped us to go through the menu. We wanted tipical food from Greece so we went for the Taramasala, Saganaki Aubergine, Saganaki prawns, Souvlaki and Manouli cheese. This last one is a specialty of the region and it consist in soft goat cheese. Very tasty and delicate, what made it even better was that the grandmother of the waitress made it. So special!! Ended with two Greek coffee and a. Carrot cake, when the lady came with a piece of lemon cake saying "I make this one, you really have to try it!" it was true we had.. It was the most delicate and delicious lemon pie ever. Such a good palate cleanser. The bill was reasonable for all the food we have, what we loved the most of this place tough was the familiar atmosphere around it. It really made us feel we were at their house.More
