If you are an Oyster/cocktail fan, this is your place! Originally I went in just for a pre-dinner cocktail/oyster pairing, but the service, food, and overall experience kept me there for dinner. It is a bit pricier than neighboring restaurants, but it is well worth a little splurge.
Signature cocktails are great, and the bartender even created me one with a Gin we were talking about. I will never be able to recreate that incredible cocktail ever again.
The food is also VERY good using local catches, as well as having some western influences. Oh… and the oysters are OUT OF THIS WORLD delicious. Shout out to the entire team at The Oyster Bar for being extremely attentive and friendly, while providing exceptional service.

I travelled 30 minutes to this establishment as I heard it had the best seafood in Koi Samui. Well, the reviews were right. The oysters were the biggest I have ever seen and the flavours were so delicious, if this was my last meal I would be happy.
The waiter Tor was so attentive and gave fantastic suggestions for food and alcohol to pair with the meal. All staff were lovely and I left with a Cuban cigar to enjoy later.
I am Australian and we have fantastic seafood, but this restaurant’s selection was second to none!
Do yourself a favour and check this place out! You will not be disappointed x

I love oysters and don’t mind paying a premium for food. They have gillardeau oysters which are amazing. I also tried Josephine which was great and the grilled Hiroshima oysters (huge but are made from frozen vs fresh) and the two baby lobster tails. Lobster tails were nice but pricey. Overall my dinner and one cocktail drink was $150 usd for one person. Like if the lobster tail came w something more than just a few thin slices of corn maybe I’d give it a better rating. Was hard to justify taking a taxi to get here and spending the money when other dinners were generally less than $35 total. Fresh oysters were reasonably priced. Lobster tail and grilled Hiroshima was ok for value.

Fantastic seafood and cocktails in Koh Samui! Me and my girlfriend had a great time and the service was wonderful too, they prepare all the food carefully and we even tried customized cocktails which were super tasty. 10/10 ⭐️

Oyster Bar is one of our favorite restaurant's when visiting Samui.
The quality and selection of oysters are what initially grabbed our attention but the other seafood dishes do not disappoint. The staff are very attentive and the overall level of service is on par with many upscale establishment's in the states. The new glass enclosed section of the restaurant is a wonderful addition.
During our last visit we were blown away by Lobster Pappardelle. The lobster was cooked perfectly and the pappardelle could be a stand alone dish. As New York Italian's we are fairly critical of Italian food and this was an outstanding pasta dish! Bravo

Dinner at the Oyster Bar was a perfect experience from the start to the finish!
The staff were super polite and welcoming, with great knowledge of the menu, offering recommendations that turned out to be spot-on.
The service was flawless— attentive without being intrusive, and every need was anticipated before we even had to ask.
And then there was the food—absolutely divine!
This is truly a hidden gem in Samui and a must-visit for anyone looking to experience perfection in dining!

Amazing fresh seafood, especially the oysters. We had no idea there are so many varieties of oyster from around the world all with variations in taste. Bae, our server, knew so much about the various oysters, more than any fancy restaurant waiter it seemed. He gave recommendations on how to dress the oyster and what flavors to add. Was one of our favorite dinners whilst in Koh samui. Thanks for the lovely dinner. Cheers

Very nice corner where you can taste different kind of oysters! They recomend us what to choose according to our taste, explain us how to recognize a fresh oyster and it didnt disappointed! Oysters were great and selection of wine was super!

This place has great food, ambience and friendly staff. Me and my wife were a bit puzzled to choose our food but the staff was really helpful and patient with us even though we arrived just half an hour before closing. We really loved both the dishes we ordered. The grilled Japanese oysters and the lobster tail.

Although this place is small, but it serves incredible food! The oysters selection is nothing like I have ever experienced before. You can basically choose the live oysters that you like on the spot from the 12 different types. Besides, I have to commend the chef’s skills on the Black Truffle Ravioli. It is the best that I have ever eaten in my life. The Truffle Ravioli was topped with black caviar and gold-piece garnish. Michelin Star level I would say. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND everyone coming to Koh Samui to include this place as a must-visit stop!

By coincidence we found this lovely place. The menu had alot of real good looking dishes but we enjoyed oysters that really where delicious.
Above this we also would like to add that the service and personell where top notch.

Stopped into this little oyster bar on a whim. The food was amazing. We got the flight of oyster shooters and loved them. Our favorite was an oyster topped with crispy bacon, served with a blue cheese olive and cherry tomato on a skewer, and what I will call a dirty shot. It was so good we ordered a second round. You can find me there tomorrow, for sure.
