Right by the beautiful sea of the southern coast of central Crete, owned by some local wonderful people who cook local and Greek specialties from scratch. Excellent food and variety of drinks, very friendly owners (all family), great cooking, standard prices, not expensive, great service...and the beach is right in front of view for a quick swim in the Libyan Sea (part of the Med Sea). You could not ask for anything more...Go for a great meal and drinks - you will not regret it!More

Small waterside family restaurant with good selection of classic fare. Good taramasalata, cold drafts, and descent house white. Food was fresh and well prepared if a bit skimpy. Had sardines, octopus, greek salad. Service was quite good and helpful. Finished the meal with the obligatory raki and...a chunk of grandma’s apple cinnamon cake. The only real negative is we had to ask for Olive Oil and when it arrived it was in packets...thats like ordering a good wine in France and it is served in a paper cup....I don’t understand.More

A long, winding road bring to Lentas. The view is on a severe land, wonderful, rocks and bays on Lybian sea. The area is also an archeological zone, with a villa of Ancient Lebin with interesting mosaic floor showing mythological sea horse, and a church...(Sanctuary of Asklepios) built on ruins of much older basilica of which only basement columns remains. Restaurant on sea side with terrace, protected by transparent plastic curtains from wind and sea spray, that can be very strong when wind blow from south. The owner is very friendly, service is fast, food is excellent: melizanosalata, fresh fish, fresh pressed orange juice, sweets all homemade. Very reasonable prices. They have also accomodations. Highly recommended.More

Perfect moussaka. We ate many on Crete, but here was the best. Of course bonus to the drink and friendly staff.
