Had dinner (alone) in this pub while in the area for a funeral. Sat at a nice quiet table but the sounds around told me people were enjoying themselves. Service was goo, the food was excellent

Very pleasant location, overlooking Richmond Green. Nicely presented in an olde style. Warm and cosy on dark cold nights with a good choice of beers and wines. The food was fantastic (I had the lamb) and the staff were friendly and attentive. Well worth a visit!

Well when we visited there was a family with a young boy eating. The lunch menu is sandwiches and chips which would suit a child.
