A simple Greek tavern where locals use to go: this means it's the right place to have lunch or dinner! We spent six days in Skopelos and went there three times. It never disappointed us. Higly recommended!

The tavern you find just behind the boulevard. It's a clean and nice little place. The food is of a outstanding quality. We did almost everything from the menu and there is not one dish I didn't like. They also have two new apartments at the opposite site of the town and rental from next season. They cold Finikas-apartments. You... More

My husband and I have just come back from a fabulous 2 week stay in Skopelos town and this place was our favourite. We visited 3 times but had we known how good it was sooner would have visited more. Really authentic smallish menu with a special of the day. We had meze bits, salad and main courses ( not... More

This restaurant doesn't look much from the outside but the food is very good and such good value, packed most nights when we walked past so we thought we would give it a try, eat there a couple of times and not dissapointed, can totally recommend the pork fillet and veal, delicious

We headed to Finikas for our evening meal on day 2 of our holiday. Had read about it on Trip Advisor and had spotted it after we had been to To Rodi the night before. Reminded me of Greek tavernas from 30 years back when I first visited Greece. No frills. Great traditional food (hot though so not like years... More

Nice place to have a tsipouro with mezedes. Very traditional ,tasty dishes ,with an 'every day speciality.' Worth visiting while walking around the interior of the town.

This is probably the most smallest and simplest place in Skopelos run by the greek Santa. No scenic views, no terrace, no quality furniture. But the food is awesome and the owner is very friendly. Prepares everything with his own hands.

Take your time to find this place, because it is worth it. You can find it in one of the streets with shops that guide you to upper town. Food is traditional tasty greek food and owner is friendly and kind hearted man. Their mezedes are delicious. Points to chef!! :)

Finikas and the owner Lambras are a true gem. Don't be put off by the minimalist decor, the onus is on the food and service. True, true local food accompanied by a big hearted owner who serves up excellent food, friendship and conversation. Our favourite.

If you're demoralised by the harbour strip, then this is the perfect antidote. The fare is simple and delicious - prawns with feta and tomato, potato salad, lamb chops - all perfectly executed and in sensible quantities. There are no frills - no wine list, no aperitifs, no coffee (the machine was broken). The house wine came in jugs and... More

In 2014 we relocated within the heart of Skopelos Town, creating a tavern that follows the traditional style of the "tsipouradiko". With a small, but with quality, menu, we deliver a carefree and heartwarming atmosphere for your holidays.
