Here you get a warm welcome and feel at home! Try their breakfast and saltfish and bake. Great location in the heart of the village.

Popped in for breakfast - owner was out getting bits for a big evening celebration. But he came and found us a little later, whilst we were on big beach, then cooked us a fab breakfast 😀 Another little gem in Castara 😀😎

The only real place to get cooked breakfast in Castara. Nice food and atmosphere. Does a great BBQ on Saturday evenings.

Good value, tasty breakfasts served with good coffee or tea. As other reviewers have noted the iced coffee is particularly worth trying. The coffee shop is near Castara's waterfall so taking your towel and swimming costume and going for a pre-breakfast swim is a particularly nice thing to do. The barbeque and steel pan band night on a Saturday is... More

The Coffee Shop is easy to find and worth a visit. I enjoyed their coffee hot and iced. And breakfast is nice. I must eat gluten free so when I saw the limited menu, I was a little concerned. However, my eggs and bacon were not disappointing. There was more than enough variety and food for even a big appetite.... More

Fab coffee and a really good breakfast choice, all served by the lovely Rachel, far easier and cheaper than self-catering. Coffee refills for free too! Looking forward to being back next year.

After teaching a yoga session at Castara Retreats I came here to have a meeting with three other people. I ordered a capuccino with coconut bake, saltfish and eggs. The capu came first and was delicious. When the food arrived we were surprised by the amount on the plates. Generous servings. Wholesome and hearty. Friendly service. The breezy, quiet, relaxed... Lovely place to enjoy a leisurely breakfast outside while watching the world go by. Not a large menu, but good. This may be the only place open for breakfast so also is a good place to have a conversation with both locals and other visitors. Nice way to start your day.

The Coffee shop appears to be the only place open in the morning in Castara. The breakfast is standard eggs, bacon, saltfish, toast, coconut bake etc. Gorgeous iced coffee, which goes down nicely. Thoroughly recommend this place but do not go if you are in a rush or are an impatient person as service is in Caribbean time. Some members... More
