The best fresh fish and seafood. Exceptionally friendly staff. An all-round good experience. San Miguel de Tajao is a little fishing village along the coast from Tenerife South airport.

This restaurant can well be a highlight of your Tenerife vacations. There is no menu, you chose the fresh fish directly from a stall and it will be prepared according to their recommendations or your wishes. Absolutely delicious !

On the way from north to the south we stopped by in this little place for a good, fresh fish. And we were not sorry! We randomly choosed a restaurant. It was almost empty as we came in, but as we were waiting for the meal it become crowded. In a second! People knew where is a good food :)... More

Lovely, family run, no frills, fish restaurant. Entered in some trepidation as we were not great fish eaters before this experience. The staff help you choose your fish on the way in and with their help we selected a couple of 'safe' choices. We had grilled prawn starters which were fantastic and the two main fresh fish we chose were... More

This is the right place for you. This small town has a few seafood restaurants and all of them feature a display of today's catch on ice. The food is prepared for you as you wish with price per pound/kilo. Overall for a dinner for two with plenty of food and sides and wine we paid about 50Euros. The staff... More

This is a super restaurant away from turistic Playa de Las Americas. You need a car to get here. We had lovely and very fresh fish. You select your fish, shellfish etc. near the kitchen - low price pr. kilo. Lots of people on a sunday - but it's worth waiting for a table.

We found this place thanks to our friends that live on Tenerife because otherwise we would never have found it/gone there. A very little village far away from any touristic sites. Beautifull seafood for a very reasonable price. Personally I recommend the spaghettie marinara (with or without lobster). Staff is very friendly. It might become a bit of a challenge... More

Restaurant in the fishing village of San Miguel de Tajao. No menu (!), you just order from the fresh catch that is laid out in the display... so doubt they will have a website.
