Sample our new menu, a fusion of Italian fare and our much loved timeless Lonestar classics. The lunchtime menu sees the introduction of pizzas from our woodfire oven sure to be a favourite with our younger customers as well as an array of mouth watering salads. Sunday lunch is still a must at the Lone Star.... Some things never change! Enjoy a rum sour at sunset or a post dinner glass of champagne at our new cocktail lounge. ALSO - Breakfast on the Boardwalk - enjoy your breakfast served right on the beach on our Boardwalk.
If your looking to fill your bellies will good wholesome food which is of fine quality than this place has it all. Good food, good atmosphere, great views if you arrive before the sun goes down and lastly good service.
The menu caters for all...tastes not just fish lovers and is delivered to your table fresh and piping hot, the food that is not the menu.
There is a small bar area for pre dinner drinks which are reasonably priced.
With so few restaurants open due to Covid this is one to try.More
Wow! We had lunch here on our second last day of our holiday and I'm only sorry we didn't discover this spot earlier! Great location, beautiful views - probably one of the nicest restaurants we've been to on our travels over the years. Fantastic menu,...awesome staff and, even though we probably overstayed our welcome by a few hours, they were so lovely throughout. Cannot wait to return to Barbados and visit this restaurant again!More
Superb 50th Birthday celebration. Cherish was excellent in responding to my emails particularly when the reservation had to be changed to accommodate the new curfew.
I was blown away by this place. We arrived just as the sun was setting which was stunning.
I cannot...fault anything here. The service was excellent and the food and drink incredible. The crab cakes were to die for.
A huge thanks Lone Star for your attention to detail and for making my celebration perfect.
We will be back,More
This place really stands out to me. It’s one of the few times in maybe the last 10 years where I’ve been to a restaurant and would have been happy to have had anything on the menu….
Across the menu - there is a high...level of variety of foods. Starters include coconut shrimp, seared sea scallops, crab cakes, carpaccio amongst others. We had crab cakes and coconut shrimp - both of which we exceptionally high quality (food, preparation and presentation). For mains again a wide variety of fish, steak, lobster, duck etc. We had crispy duck (a house special) and a coconut chicken curry - again first class.
Decor and setting are amazing - someone with a really clear vision was obviously involved in setting this place up.
We had a table at 7.30 which was well past sunset … and “settled” for moonlight over the waves. Sunset here would be amazing though.
One small point of criticism… the team failed to bring a canapé we ordered … and then included it on the bill at the end. This was swiftly corrected - but without an apology for either missing the item or overcharging.More
My favourite place on the Island
Sunday lunch is always the best and last night we had a fabulous meal
Chicken peanut curry and crispy duck , just a couple of highlights
Looking forward to Sunday lunch next week before we go home .
We had dinner here the other night and it was absolutely incredible! Everything from the setting, the food, the drink, the music, the service was impeccable. What a stunning restaurant - we can’t wait to return!
We have visited Barbados numerous times, but usually eat in The Gap. This time we tried more up the west coast and were not disappointed! Lone Star is not Texas BBQ despite its name. The restaurant is elegant and open up to a beautiful seaside...view. The cocktails were delicious and we sat near the bar where we watched them make our drinks. The bartenders put on a fun show! Everything was delicious - from the lobster dinner special that included a bottle of wine to the homemade donuts which shouldn't be missed. Can't wait to return!More
The views and ambience was excellent, with a fantastic view of the sea. The waiters were nice and friendly. But the food, goodness the food was nothing to write home about. It was so spicy I couldn’t taste anything but hot spice and I can...handle my spice, the starters tasted bland too. Not a food snob but this place was hyped up as the place to go to but fell terribly short on the food served. Such a shame as this place has so much to offer, and was meant to be our honeymoon dinner and we were very disappointed!More
