Great little trattoria off the beaten track. Very peaceful location so eating on the terrace is a relaxing treat. Welcoming staff and a good menu. Portions were typically Sicilian - ie very large! Food was quick to come and was tasty. It wasn’t busy but...other people there were mainly in large family groups with young children so a very family friendly place.More
Incredible place! The owner Salvatore was very kind and treated us like family . The ambiance is very authentic and the food was amazing . Highly recommended ! We came here from New York with 14 people and it was our favorite place on our...trip. We truly enjoyed the Capanata as an appetizer, the pasta with the eggplant , the risotto mushroom , fresh ricotta, and the pistachio ravioli. They also had homemade red and white wine. Very reasonable prices. We loved it so much we came back on our last night in Italy. BEST meal we had our entire trip !More
We had a great dinner here. A sampler antipasto platter (rustica) had a variety of antipasti which were all very tasty. The pastas were excellent too, in particular the ravioli stuffed with pistachio was wonderful. Portions were generous so that we didn't end up ordering...a main.More
Tasty food loved also by kids.
They even tried vegs as starters!!!
The owner even shared local fresh veggies to bring home and smart advices to prepare a great frittata, loved again by the kids.
When we went back home we had also a great...view on the Etna, with an amazing perspective.
I highly recommend this place!More
We ate pasta, salad and had great red wine. Children wanted lasagna, they don't have it on the menu, but the made it for them! Didn't take any pictures, we were to excited and hungry :-) we warmly reccomend it!

Food was ok but, since we had asked for a table in the outside garden, we thought we would have been sitting under the sun. Not at all whatsoever. No grass, no garden, no sun, just a balcony closed by a solid roofing.More

It is middle of October and we are at the feet of mountain Etna. It is pretty cold and we don’t want our clients to be seated outside and be uncomfortable. We are glad though you liked the food. We pride on serving only food...More
Service is excellent, but expect a very long wait between courses. English is limited. Lunchtime is a set menu which cost 25 euros each. Big portions so don’t over order. Wine list very good limited but value for money. Small car park so get here...early.More
