We visited the previous year, and felt it well worth the return. It's friendly and welcoming, the menu is varied including good vegetarian options. Normally we do not use the same restaurant twice in a holiday - we look for variety - we are likely to come back to this one on our next visit to Malta.

Been there a couple of times and was never disappointed. Best Indian food in Malta. We normally order poppadoms , platters as starters, a main dish and rice. portions are generous.

Visited Ganesha on our last night in Malta... A little hard to find as it's tucked away down a side street (I used my mobile to search and direct me to a local Indian restaurant near Qawra) Meal was superb, we ordered some poppadoms with dips to start. One thing here to bear in mind is that these are traditional... More

This has probably become our favorite Indian restaurant instantly. Drinks were served immediately and so was the food. We ordered a platter as starters and as soon as this was consumed, we were served the main course which consisted of 2 rice plates, chicken Korma, beef vindaloo and garlic naan bread. Everything was perfect except for the Korma which through... More

Visited on a Friday night in mid-February 2013 with a friend after an absence of several months. The food was still ok but somehow the taste and presentation was not as exciting as before. I ordered a beef dish which arrived looking like a mushy soup while my friend had a chicken dish which was deemed acceptable and had good-sized... More

One if the best indian restaurants on the island, been there countless times, however there was always 1 recurring fault, food takes too long to be served. Once we were seated and given menus, we had to wait around 15mins, with menus closed, for a waiter to approach us, then, we had to wait another 30mins, for the starter to... More

My all time favorite restaurant, I have been to Ganesha countless times. Never been disappointed. As soon as you enter the restaurant you are immediately greeted by either one of the waiters or the owner Bernice who is a great host. She always makes sure to make every customer's experience a pleasant and an enjoyable one. Service is always impeccable... More

Ganesha is one of the places I keep returning to time and time again. It is situated on the highest point of Xemxija Heights surrounded by innumerable blocks of apartments. The decor is opulent in dark woods and the seating arrangement is very comfortable and discreet. It is versatile as one can go there for a romantic dinner but no... More
