One of the best places to go if you're traveling through Capaci. Very friendly staff and the food is fantastic. Wish I could give them more than 5 out of 5 stars

We were welcome by the owner Grace, we had made a reservation for six persons and we were ushered to a corner table, which was beautifully decorated. The food was fabulous from the bruschetta to the insalada mista, to an assortment of meat, pasta and seafood dishes. The dessert was a double chocolate molten cake, which was to die for.... More

The beautiful restaurant is a lovely setting and served excellent food freshly cooked. Sadly the waitresses although efficient did not smile and did not seem happy to be there. The male waiter was lovely and helpful though. The music was softly playing and I would have given this place a better score had the waitresses not been so miserable. I... More

On 23-06-2015 we, as a Dutch couple, got married on Sicily. We went to Torre di Alta for our wedding dinner. We had never eaten there before, so it was a gamble to go there for such an important meal. But we definitely made the right choice! It was everything we wanted and more. We had the choice between the... More

we treated ourselves on our last night in sleepy Capaci.the venue is a lovely old bare brick ex-mill.??we had 3 courses and they were all excellent,as was the Grillo wine.the good looking staff wear black outfit's that match their sad facial expressions.great food though.

My friends and I were staying close by and were recommended this restaurant by our host. We loved it so much that we went 3 times! The pizzas were delicious as were the various pasta dishes, especially the lobster ravioli. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, even opening the restaurant to us 2 hours early as we had to... More

The food is good but the staff are most unfriendly and it is over priced for a venue on the edge of what is the dirtiest town it has been my misfortune to visit. We noticed a charge on the bill of €18 for 6 cokes which we did not receive, when we asked about it we were told it... More

We liked the fact it was squirrelled away in a back water and a short distance from our Villa which meant no driving. The food was Good but it had stiff competition from other restaurants out of town. It had a lot to live up to. For the price it was OK - but thats is

First thing their card gives their address as Via Portofino 7 but their actual address is number 31. Fabulous interior, delicious food. My other half said it was the best pizza she has ever had. They have a large area for parking further down the road. Can't miss it as there are signs all over Capaci directing you and once... More

Torre Alta was born to repeat the success achieved in the U.S.A. From the restaurant "Sapore del mediterraneo", which immediately stood out for excellence and taste. The restaurant is located in a strategic position, near Palermo City, just a few kilometres far from the beaches of Capaci , Carini and Mondello. Torre Alta is an ancient Oliveri water machinery, which dates back to the early 1900s. It represents an important example of archeology and it is constituted by a circular basin - where nowadays you can eat - a water well and a farm building. It has a historical value in the territory of Palermo. Torre Alta is renowned for its food produced with zero food miles: fresh and local fish products, prime meat selection. In our menu you may find dishes for vegetarians , vegans, celiacs
