Found this beachside restaurant in the centre of fisherman’s village. Great place and lovely food served by the attentive and pleasant Shwe and Nyaint Including Chicken satay and shrimp gyozas. Followed by Tom yam prawns. All delicious and coupled with a great and reasonably priced red bordeax. So good we returned another 2 times and ordered further lovely dishes of ravioli river prawns and lobster bisque soup. All dishes freshly cooked in the open kitchen. Very clean place to spend an afternoon grazing on the ground level tables by the beach. Shwe has excellent communication skills and remembered which wine we enjoyed.

We went here for a drink first as it was happy hour, decided to look at the menu whilst we were there. We went back the following night to eat and we were glad we did. The staff were friendly and able to explain the menu, the food we ordered was excellent, came hot and in a reasonable time. Would definitely recommend trying this restaurant.

This really is a place you should not miss. The food here is amongst the best we’ve had in Thailand, and we’ve been to lots of great places. The thing is, when you look at the restaurant from the street, it does not look too appealing, and you can easily find more cosy- and welcoming- looking restaurants. I think their signs block the view from the street, and that there is not enough lighting for the costumers to actually have a chance to look inside. The result is, an almost empty restaurant (we were here for 3 days, and it was never full) For you reading this in the near future, it’s an excellent opportunity as you will get great attending staff and customer service. I’m sure they are great when there’s people here as well. I highly recommend this place for its fantastic food, it really is that tasty. Also, the drinks are tasty, but I would ask the waiter for recommendations as some drinks where only par. It’s also a beautiful view to the ocean. I hope to see it fully booked in the future.

Walking down the famous fisherman’s village strip and decided to check out this restaurant… they didn’t have any customers which should have been a sign but the ambiance was nice and we saw the chefs table with professional looking staff so we figured let’s try it Service 3 out of 5 We ordered Shrimp tower … they use frozen shrimp and the smell after it was cooked was so awful! We had ordered two portions and Couldn’t eat it , it was chewy and smelled like a dirty fish tank. 0 out of 5 Margarita pizza: the dough was awful , huge slices of tomato’s which were not cooked and were so heavy that would fall off the slice and take the cheese down with it 1 out of 5 Caesar salad - 3 out of 5… it actually would have been nice if they didn’t slam the sizzling hot chicken on top of it , it started to cook the lettuce and the dressing and the salad was all soggy and warm Chicken satay 4 out of 5… as you would expect Mango salad 5 out of 5… really nice and fresh Gnocchi with 4 cheese! 4 out of 5 Fettuccine chorizo Alfredo - 3 out of 5… it was too saucy ! The cream was sitting above the noodles like soup! Over all The experience was not great and the pricing is up there 4500 Baht ( including 2 glass of wine)

A total scam (expensive and nothing on the plate). We came to 9 in this restaurant and we ordered Thai dishes example Curry Massaman chicken very expensive for Thailand and especially with 2 small pieces of chicken on the plate. All other identical dishes little meat on the plate and lots of sauce and vegetables. We also ordered 2 bottles of water, and we received water Panna (Italy) at 160 bath the bottle.

Dreadful experience! 6 of us went for dinner, we ordered 5 starters and 6 mains. 1st starter came out then 20 minutes later the rest of starters came out! The drinks were warm we had to ask for ice bucket, and when we finally got our mains (after a 2 hour wait!) the food was cold, and the pizzas had no tomato base on them we were told oh chef forgot! Owner was there that night but to be honest all she seemed to do was swan around the room. We did complain but she really wasn't interested ans offered no compensation Would suggest everyone gives this a miss!

I’m not sure what happened tonight, we came to the restaurant for the fabulous reviews. We arrived at 7.30 ordered started and mains, one starter arrived at 8.10 the remainder bar one at 8.30 (there was 6 of us) ordering drinks took ages and beer was warm. 9.30 arrived we received 2 lamb shanks that seemed hot but parts were still frozen, and pizzas that had no tomato base (they forgot). The staff are lovely but I think the owner just rambles round not giving any direction. We left restaurant at 9.40 after being there 2 hours with no mains. Paid for drink and starters with no discount. Our last night here, everywhere else has been amazing no bad review. The Link next door was amazing, and please read reviews on Red Moon it really is a real culinary find. Owner extremely rude too, needs a course on hospitality.

Chicken Massaman curry. Inedible Meat on the bone in a running sweet brown liquid chicken still had skin on and I found indescribable crunchy bits Two mouthful was enough for me. Thankfully I had a starter of spring roll which was very nice ,so I didn’t go hungry. Friendly staff and nice seating overlooking the beach

We recently stayed at the associated beach resort in Mae Nam and since we were so happy there, we wanted to eat here now. Unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. The staff is very young, there is a bit of structure missing. They stand around a lot, chattering and not giving a good impression. The restaurant itself beautifully designed, also the outdoor area with the possibility to eat in the sand directly on the sea. Our men had Thai food which was very good. Due to various allergies I also avoided pasta-this was ok. If I compare it with other restaurants and especially with the restaurant in the beach resort of the same name-it is unfortunately average, nothing outstanding.

Good reception but there is one but... The dishes were average, no flavor, it’s a shame. We had ordered 3 portions of rice, not seeing my portion arrive, I asked for it after 15 minutes and the response was that there was no more! Funny answer, it was only 7:30 p.m. The place is very nice though.

Good location with dining on the beach. Good food, especially the tenderloin steak with sauce which was excellent, as was the vongole, but don't get the pizza! Pizza was basically a Tesco/Aldi base with good toppings but not put in a hot oven so base was like dried cardboard and undercooked and so tasting of raw pastry - not nice. Otherwise, a good restaurent.

We dropped upon this restaurant whilst walking down the main street at Fishermans Village. We nearly bypassed it thinking it was all seafood, but the guy outside convinced us to give it a try, and I am so glad we did. Our waitress Nyaint was amazing and so friendly. She showed us to two tables and allowed us to choose to eat either on the beach or on the balcony. She patiently went through the menu with us and we ended up selecting the steak. It was fantastic and so juicy. We just wish we found the restaurant sooner so we could have eaten here more often!

Was served raw chicken on our chicken satay! Such a shame as this restaurant is located on the heart of the beachfront amongst some other classy restaurants. Staff were understanding when we raised our concerns and didn’t charge us for our outstanding bill, however we decided to leave straight after.

Great restaurant with great tables on the beach. The staff were really great, and the food was fantastic. I highly recommend the panang curry with salmon. I was questioning if it would be good because I had only had panang curry with chicken before and it is my favorite curry. It was delicious. I will be cooking panang curry with salmon at home from now on!!! We really enjoyed eating here, and will definitely go back in the future when we are in Koh Samui. The only thing I thought could have been better is the truffle fries. I am a truffle fry connoisseur and eat them all the time. I wish that the truffle fries would have had more truffle flavor and I also wish that the fries would have been a lot crispier. They were still really good though.
