Nice place, excellent view. End of the story. 70 euros for 2 main courses (average level of cuisine) while it should have been half price at least. Go there only if you have money to waste or no other solutions .

Just off the center of Torre Vado is the restaurant Profumo di Mare overlooking the beautiful and enchanting Salento coast. Situated among the rocks, the sea and the crystal clear water, so close to the sea that, in winter, the waves bathe the windows and the smell of salt water invades the room, from which the name Perfume of Sea. This is the fairytale landscape that comes to the eyes of those who decide to enjoy the delicacies of the restaurant. The Profumo di Mare restaurant stands out amongst others for taste and elegance. So much elegance and style are alongside the sublime taste and the ancient mastery of culinary art, and in particular in the preparation of fish dishes, among which they deserve more tastes, from raw seafood such as curls, white nuts, fasular, imperial oysters, Gallipoli purple shrimp, scampi and many tasty carpacci prepared for you. Our cuisine is attentive to the quality and the freshness of the raw materials, which makes it always possible to prepare fresh and high quality dishes. Do not go away without taste the strong pot of seafood restaurant sauté with croutons a specialty of the house, a dish appreciated for more than thirty years and known in Salento and beyond; Born and created by the ingenuity of the owner as well as professional chef Vito Milo. Our chef will not be content with any ingredient but will use the perfect one to delight you. Ristorante Profumo di Mare is a great place to spend dinners, lunches, ceremonies of all kinds in an evocative place of the Salentina peninsula but above all to spend your day unforgettable as the wedding entrusting you to those who have been looking after every little detail for years.
