Had breakfast here and was pleasantly surprised. Great home cooking and the best cinnamon buns ever. It is a nice little cafe.....kind of takes you back in time. Staff were very friendly. Will come back again for sure.

Don’t misread the title, the place is small and simple, but it’s home cooked meals and real coffee They close at 2 pm, but it’s a great little restaurant. I go there when I am in the area and wanting a good breakfast. I doubt...More

Went here for the first time and it was pretty good. The food was good but they don't serve real panfried potatoes for breakfast. The coffee is terrible.

had the soup and sandwich for lunch and was pleasantly surprised, the soup was hardy and tasty and the sandwich was nice and thick with plenty of roast beef, by the looks of the crud it would appear to be a local favourite

After reading great reviews especially on breakfast, invited neighbors to join us & was very embarrassed. Eggs Benedict did not use back bacon & hash browns were like a McDonalds frozen patty. Whole dish was bland. Toast with omelette was paper thin. Prices were fair....More

The Jammery is apparently the touristy place to go, but when it's closed due to a water supply issue, it allowed us to find this local gem as an alternative breakfast location. Pricing is reasonable and serving size is good, especially if you're ordering the...More

Wasn’t sure what this cafe would be like as we had 2 unsuccessful attempts at finding a local bar/grill (and we saw this was open from across the road). However I was pleasantly surprised as the cafe had good service, daily specials were offered, the...More
