We loved this little restaurant and ate lunch on the deck overlooking Muri lagoon, one of the most beautiful places on Rarotonga. Food was average to good, service relaxed and atmosphere superb. If you are in Muri for the day, or even just passing its certainly recommended

My extended family of 10 came to Sails on the last night of our stay in Rarotonga to celebrate a great holiday. We were seated promptly at 7pm and our drinks arrived shortly after ordering. After an hour and a half I asked the waitress how far away the food was, she told me "I am not the chef I... More

Had been here on previous trips but standard had slipped. Most of both meals were over cooked or burnt most disappointing. Cancelled dessert after a long wait and it hadnt appeared. Staff not happy but service poor.

Really good platter with fish bites, spring rolls, prawn sticks and fries! A good strong coffee, but a very average hot chocolate. Staff were friendly and beautiful view of the lagoon and kite surfers.

Happy hour runs from 3 - 6 pm & the Sails Bar is a great place to watch the sunset as its right on the beach at Muri. The food is pretty good if you don't feel like moving come dinner time. The fish is so fresh it's hard to go past this.

We've been to Rarotonga a few times and can recommend the Island Fries at Sails to be the best we've eaten around the island. Worth a visit if only for this. Oh, and the view is pretty spectacular too - Muri beach.

Lovely food here, great outlook over the beach, easy to pop up from your sunbathing and have a bite to eat.

They have a waterfront balcony with a great view of the lagoon, which is awesome. But the food we got for lunch was uninspiring.

We went several times to Sails, for coffee in the mornings, once for dinner and once for dessert, on our recent trip to Rarotonga. I found that the staff who served us in the mornings seemed to be disinterested and not very friendly. The coffee was good, but not outstanding. When we went for dinner the place was very busy,... Nice place, friendly staff and good food at a reasonable price but very slow service; one of the longest waits I've had in a restaurant.
