We ate with my sister and my aunt this Tuesday 10/24 at noon and we had a great time!
As a starter we took the “show” egg which arrives on a support which contains burning gel. The egg cooks before your eyes! That was delicious. We also had a pumpkin soup with hazelnuts delicately placed on top which was very good!
As a main course, the black Angus beef skewer with seasonal fries followed, the meat was tender and very tasty. There was also the guinea fowl stuffed with chorizo accompanied by a lightly truffled dauphinois gratin, this dish was also really very good.
To finish we had the fine apple tart and a chocolate micuit! A killing to end in style!
I advise with my eyes closed.
Don't forget the very good service with an attentive waitress and waiters!

The setting is nice and the room service is quite good.
Some dishes were frozen, they no longer had sea bass so they served swordfish which was full of water and undercooked.
The black Angus skewer is not amazing, the fries overcooked. And the desserts are not homemade, the rum baba was dry (it looked like cardboard) and the cheesecake was good but given the size it had to be bought in supermarkets.
Too bad because the prices are substantial!

Very good food, very well served
Menu at 33 euros, two courses with a supplement of 2 euros
smoked salmon cannelloni with fresh cheese: the soft salmon, the cheese completes but remains accompanying
