Good food; slow and friendly service; a bit higher prices. Overally I liked it. It surprised me that they offered us mosquito repellent.

The Restaurant is fine for a casual meal. We were there in the evening. Some of the food was rather tasteless, strongly adapted to tourists maybe. Some was good. They took a very long time with the food and bill, as if the kitchen was not prepared for people actually eating there.

This is pretty interesting place with the kind of color of building and ambiance inside. Good food. Loved the style of steaks and pizza

When grading a restaurant we consider a number of different factors but hospitality, flavour and cost combine to give this place a 5. We had Gobi 65, lightly battered cauliflower served with fried curry leaves... wonderful, light and tasty. We then chose Kadier Paneer and Chicken Sizzler with veg and garlic mushroom sauce. We were asked what heat we wanted... More

It was Gecko or Moonraker. Intuition said Gecko. Although being the only guests, we weren't disappointed. We both had local fish caught that morning using a recipe that the chef's mother had taught him. Had a great chat with them about India, religion and politics. Fantastic!

We went there because our lonely planet guide recommended it. We were the only customers (it was low season). The service was not incredible, the waiters english wasn't very good so he couldn't explain the menu although he was very friendly. The food was good but not incredible although it was one of our most expensive dinners in India. There... More

I had a couple of very pleasant meals here. The food was tasty and the atmosphere relaxed. The owners were very friendly and helpful. It's one of those places I could have happily have spent many hours chilling had I been staying longer in the vicinity.

This place is by far the best place to stop for a bite to eat with your pets. The owners Mani and Bhaskar and very friendly and accomodating as is everyone one of the staff. Food is amazing and decently priced as well.

Yes, this was the place as far as we were concerned. Very nice and reasonably priced food and beer, a very friendly owner and staff and a nice view down to the street for people watching. I don't think a holiday maker could want for more! The owner is a wonderful guy, who takes his time to talk and seems... More

Gecko has good food and great service. The sea food is fresh and well made. The chaps who serve you are friendly and happy to recommend stuff and make it the way you want it. The ambiance is lovely and one can sit watching the world go by for hours on end.

Thank nkswami
