This is one of the worst cafes I've ever been to. I have gave this cafe numerous of chances but still disappointed. So unwelcoming and the staff are rude. I have been before and had the intention to sit in the cafe, yet I was presented with a takeout container so had to eat my food out of that whilst... More

We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the cafe as it was reasonably priced, tasty food and drink. Although it was small, it seemed popular with locals and the waitress service was very speedy.

Visited for lunch. We were greater by a friendly happy lady ,who pointed out seats, told us where to pick up a menu and find the specials. We both opted for one of the specials - soup & a toasties & a drink-great value at just £5. Soup of the day was lentil and I had a cheese and bacon... More

This place is not fancy but significantly friendlier than the other coffee shop ( truly scrumptious) . The food is basic but promptly served with a smile and as a consequence is busy. The ice cream reminded me of my youth and the only down side is that the toilets are the public ones ( which are old but pristine)... More

A morning coffee stop for a business chat prior to the MTAF event. Dawn brought her young daughter who was well behaved eating lovely chocolate cake. She was safe and happy playing around the cafe entertaining other visitors.

Expensive and squashed. Had a buzz about it but very limited items on offer. We ended up walking out as we weren't even allowed to order just toast for breakfast, it had to be the £6.50 full breakfast.

Stopped here for lunch, it was busy but staff were so welcoming. Paninis and toasties were delicious and so reasonably priced. The coffee was the best I have had in a long time. If passing do drop in you won't regret it!

Centrally located traditional Scottish / Italian cafe which serves up all the traditional goodies plus extras - all day breakfasts to die for (everything you want + chips). Great selection of hot rolls - bacon, sausages, fried egg etc. Also available is their own recipe ice cream and raspberry sauce ...mmmmm! Very family friendly. Free parking at the rear of... More
