Every time we travel, we look for that seafood restaurant that oozes with ambience and local charm. That is exactly what we got here. We arrived on a Sunday evening just as the sun set. We had a full moon and starry skies. Our two teenage sons sat at the chairs right by the water, watching and feeding the fish... More

The food was good, mostly seafood which I'm not a fan of so I had the steak. It was tender and well cooked. My partner had the shrimp, he says they were perfectly cooked and tasted really good. The view is great and we got to see the fish whilst we ate. The staff didn't mind us feeding them bread... More

Marina Pirata does not advertise. You will never see them listed in a magazine review. They are the best kept secret in Aruba. The taxi fare Is expensive, almost the cost if a meal, so go to this restaurant on the day you rent a car. You don't be disappointed. The atmosphere and food are outstanding.

Eating on a dock Oceanside while enjoying the local cuisine. The coolest part is that they have lights on the water and don't mind if you feed your leftovers to the fish!

We had a beautiful sunset dining. We were able to sit, relax and chill until night time, no rush, a very relaxing atmosphere. It is one of a kind type of Restaurant, under the moon and the stars on a pier above the sea-water, where you can see nature and it wonders, the fishes swimming around. After 6 months we... More

Marina Pirata is in a beautiful location. The sunsets are great. If you have anything left over, you can feed it to the fish. I had the Lobster Thermodore. My wife had the seafood combo, 2 lobster tails, shrimp and maihi maihi. Both delicious! The staff was very nice. We got to meet the owner, sat and talked with him... More

Arrived at 7pm for Friday dinner. restaurant was practically empty, which made us wonder about how good it was .. more people did arrive after us, which proved its popularity.. Marina Pirata Restaurant is absolutely another great seafood restaurant of Aruba! I have been there many times throughout the years with colleagues, family members and friends from abroad. I recommend the " catch of the day" with a nice glass of Italian wine! The restaurant is located at Spaans Lagoen/Spanish Lagoon near the desalination water plant (W.E.B. Aruba N.V.) and... More
