This place is superb. The food is delicious I had the unicorn fish and my girl had the lobster and shrimp. Service is top notch we did not get to sit in the water but we were fine with that as the sunset view was...perfect. Aruba Ariba is the country's drink and that was delicious.More
Highly recommend for everyone. I’m a vegetarian and there were two entrees available. I chose the pasta in mushroom truffle sauce. Also as an appetizer I chose the salad with goat cheese which was amazing and so large that I think it could be an...entree. My husband had the red snapper and enjoyed it. The atmosphere is beautiful as you look out into the gorgeous water. You sit at a table with your feet in the sand. Unless you reserve a table well in advance with your ankles in the water. The staff are extremely attentive and accommodating. We were a half hour early and seated right away. Love it and will return.More
What a great dining experience, wel oiled serving machine. They only had limited time serving due to the limited opening hours due to Covid, but couldn’t have asked for a better evening out. Stunning views and great food!
What a great experience! Beautiful venue, waterfront. Good food, great service. So close to the water, our feet were in the water. Others were in the sand. So pretty and memorable and those beautiful blue lights in the water after sunset. Would not want to...leave Aruba without going to flying fishbones!More
When you walk onto the patio on Flying Fishbone your jaw will drop. It is stunning. Once you place your feet in the water and sit down at your table you will be smiling because of how special this place is. The food was great...- my husband had Red Snapper, the catch of the day, and I had the skirt steak. Finished off with the chocolate ravioli. I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant. Make 5pm reservation far in advance for feet in the water experience.More
I never like to give anyone a bad review but I was very unhappy with my experience. We put a deposit on sitting with our "feet in the water". When we arrived no one mentioned anything and as we were sat, in the beating sun...with absolutely NO shade, there was NO water. I had to inquire if there would be water or not, they said, oh no, there will be no water, high tide was at 11AM! High tide is something that can be tracked based on the moon, so I did not understand why this was not communitcated. If communitcated we would not have had the expectation of sitting with our feet in the water to only be surprised with a semi wet, barely sand area.
They emailed the DAY before to confirm our reservation as these are desired seats. This would have been a perfect opportunity to warn us. As I mentioned above, there was no shade in this area so it was hot, direct sun and miserable. We ultimately asked to move. There was no need to sit in this area without the water. There were PLENTY of other restuarants that we had dined at with the feet in the sand and view of water experience so this truly was nothing special. We saved it for our last night for the experience and were very, very disappointed. It was very costly, again more worth it with the overall experience.
The food was good but again there were so many other restaurants on the island that were more affordable with more impressive experiences.More
Impression! Experience! Atmosphere! Service! Appetizer! Entree! Dessert! ALL a 5 star experience! We have been on this beautiful island 8 days and though many wonderful meals by far this was the very best!!! This place needs to be on every persons itinerary! Make sure you...make a reservation!!!!More

We were there early January, long after sunset, and made our reservations last minute. We didn't request water's edge dining but were delighted when we were seated there. If you are traveling during a busy time, and want to dine at a particular time/day, a reservation sounds like a good idea.
