I went recently hoping for the same or better experience than the first visit about 3 yrs ago. It was very mid at best and the service was sub par. The fish cake app tasted very bland and looked like they took the left over...salmon pieces, grounded it into a paste, and then deep fried it. I got the fish of the day and it was just okay; not worth the price. The server never mentioned the specials, seemed too occupied with things other than service, and the hostess seemed to play favorites on who she was seating in the prime seating area, and because of that and the price of the meal, I cannot recommend. I will not return. We ate there on 09June24More

Our fourth visit. In Top three restaurants we visit on One Happy Island. Think about it, lamb, red snapper, unicorn fish, filet, risotto all exceptional in one place! Ambiance a 10. Sit with feet in water! Just do it!

Wow! This place blew us away! After a day of four wheeling in the National Park & Baby Beach we were looking for dinner on our way to our hotel. We stumbled upon The Flying Fishbone. (TFF) It doesn’t look like much from the outside,...but the inside is beautiful & romantic. The ambience is only exceeded by the cuisine. This was by far the best dinner we had in 2 weeks on the island. Finally we found a restaurant that knows how to make Caesar salad dressing. Every other restaurant’s Caesar was weak & diluted with little to no garlic or anchovies. TFF’s was delicious! For mains, 2 of us had the unicorn fish. Which was excellent! 1 of our party had the scallop casserole which was delicious but very rich. That plate would be a little better as an appetizer to share. The last dish we had was the History pasta with a massive amount of fresh seafood. Deserts, creme brûlée & chocolate brownie & mousse, were also terrific. The service was excellent. (I think our server’s name was Jan but can’t be sure.) Can’t wait to come back!More

I had an amazing dining experience at the Flying Fishbone in Aruba. The culinary skills displayed in every dish were truly impressive. Dining with our feet in the water added a unique touch, as we could see the fish swimming by. The food was not...only savory but also succulent - my beef tenderloin was cooked to perfection, and my wife thoroughly enjoyed her lamb dish. We celebrated our 28th wedding anniversary, and the staff went above and beyond by surprising us with a special dessert plate. The ambiance, the service, and the unforgettable flavors made this evening one to remember. Additionally, the waiter and other servers were willing to take various photos of us during the sunset as well. I highly recommend it for a memorable dining experience in Aruba!More

You can't beat the ambience at this restaurant, especially when you get a table with your feet in the water. The service and our waitress were great. However, the food was just average and not worth the price. With all of the good reviews, I...expected so much more from the food. I am glad we ate there for the experience. However, we probably would not go again. There are so many other places where the food is exceptional. If ambience is important to you, definitely check it out. However, I would go in with lower expectations on the food.More

We went for our daughter’s 17th birthday, our reservations were at 7 and our table was at waters edge (my opinion, best table location). Food was amazing, sunset was priceless, and the vibe was low key elegance meets local energy.

We made reservations for a special dinner during our couples trip to Aruba. The food was top notch and the drinks were delicious. I had the 10 oz Tenderloin and it was cooked perfectly. My husband had the Chicken Portobello pasta and it was also...amazing. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The view is amazing. I would definitely go again.More

We came here after reading the great reviews. When I walked in loved the ambience and view. Definitely go before sunset. However, the service in my opinion was not good and the food was just ok. I am on the fence if I would come...back based off of the expensive prices where service and food was just meh.More

Food, drinks, setting, service all were excellent. We arrived at 6:00 and were given the option of a table in the water. That was fun but after an hour or so I wished I had dry feet. I recommend the unicorn fish. Great place for...us to celebrate our wedding anniversary!More

Service was amazing! Wine list was good with a surprising amount of variety. The food was delicious! We had the corn soup, calamari, unicorn fish (really great!), and the chocolate ravioli, cream brûlée and apple pie desserts! Crème brûlée was some of the best we...had. We didn’t get to sit in the water but still fun to be eating in the sand!!More

Fantastic! This restaurant has a Jimmy Buffet vibe -- a number of tables are in the water, and the fish is fresh. Gorgeous sunsets, great drinks, friendly staff. Reservations are a must, but don't miss it!

Do you WhatsApp? Many restaurants will contact you this way. However, I would imagine you could use the hotel’s number.
