Found this spot thanks to reviewers like ourselves. This location is on a busy road, with no signs, but walk to the back and you will find the patio/deck that serves lunch and dinner. Food was outstanding, from the lobster curry to the rasta pasta, everything was enjoyable and presented with the utmost care. The drinks were fantastic as well.... More

We'd been recommended to visit Bombas and also warned that Wayne the owner could be moody too. So off we went as we wanted to know what all the fuss was about. I had the lobster which was totally AMAZING. It was half of a HUGE lobster cooked in garlic butter. I haven't tasted lobster like it and likely never... More

I've been there many times over a couple years. This is hands down my favorite place on the island. Hasn't changed since my first time there :)

Great place to sit and a true local bar / restaurant. Portions small and expensive. We did not go back there are plenty of other places to visit

Bombas year 2. Drains still intermittently stinky one year on together with the unchanged attitude. Good place for a sunset drink and the food not bad. Menu largely unchanged but interesting specials.

We went to Bombas by coincidence as we were not aware that Mullin's Beach Bar, which is just 100m down the road from Bombas, doesn't serve food after 7:00pm... The place is not easy to find, if you don't know what to look for as the house is colorfully painted in Rasta-style black, green, yellow and red, but it doesn't... More

My friend and I decided we needed a treat, so we headed up to Bombas for lunch, rather late, but still warmly welcomed. Wayne had Lobster on the menu and so, despite the fact that we normally enjoy Lobster , caught fresh by friends and cooked and eaten at home, or occasionally at the home of Lobster, Lobster Alive, we... Very cute place. Eat right in front of the beach ! We took the starters, shrimps and scallops, very tasty ! Although you recognize the French small portion lol the taste is excellent. We took the catch of he day, lion fish, very good too. Careful though. They only accept cash ...

We found that Wayne was without any help, as no one showed up to work on a Saturday night. Finally Wayne's wife and kids arrived to help serve the food a refill the water glasses. Many of the dishes were reheated, meals prepared for the prior day. The soup was not edible because of the large amount of scales and... More
