Very rustic and old place...old not because of style, old because of age...food was alright, not spectacular but not bad. They served fast, though, and service was very courteous, friendly and kind, indicating options outside of the holiday menu (it was Father's Day). In all, good experience, but not to the extent of making a joyous cartwheel over it...

We had dinner, lunch, and even breakfast downstairs at the bar several times during our visit. Great food and drinks for great prices!

Went for lunch after attending church. The place needs some updating but we decided to try their food. The menu is varied and although we found items were pricey for the place, decided to order. The paella for two was edible but not good, the mofongo was a better choice. The place serves a warm chicken broth which was tasty... More

Service needs more training before dealing with customers. Didn't have much knowledge on many items on menu. Food and sangria were good although some items were not available.

The picture you see here is the second floor. The view of the ocean is great. Food was good. Usually lots of people enjoying the music.

Went there for early dinner. This is a local restaurant serving mostly local fair in a no-frills atmosphere (eg. foam soup bowls & plastic spoons). The restaurant is part of a hotel-restaurant-bar & grill complex. Ate in the second floor dining room as street level is really noisy. We ordered skirt steak, shrimp creole and mofongo. The food was universally... More

We ordered the skirt steak mofongo, salmon filet, and the skirt steak dinner. The mofongo and skirt steak were great. Our salmon was supposed to have been grilled but came out baked with some sort of creole sauce on it. It was fine, but not what we ordered. The waitress came out once to fill our drinks, then again to... More

If you are looking for good local cuisine and don't want to overpay, this is definitely a good option. It is not located in a known tourist area, but it is within driving distance from San Juan, Condado and Isla Verde.
