The place is definitely overrated. Maybe we came here on a wrong day but everything, starting from the welcoming experience was below the level you would expect. Almost 30 mins waiting to get the menu, then mistakes with the orders, service was not good at...all. Food was also average. I do not think they even try their dishes before serving them on the table. I never had to add any salt to any dishes I had in Mexico. At the end, we were told they no longer have beer from the fridge... i am really, really disappointed with this place.More

We ordered fish tacos with melted cheese instead of tortillas. When they arrived, we noticed they forgot our order and they brought regular tacos. they said they would fix it and took them back Minutes later the tacos arrived in a cold piece of cheese,...not melted, not even heated. We had cold tacos because they could not take an order correctly and halfassed the correction.More

Excellent food, attentive staff, nice atmosphere. The food is very fresh and nicely presented. Chocolate cake is absolutely incredible.

This is one of the best seafood restaurant in the city. Great stuffed crab and scallops. They have this shrimp plate topped with broiled bone marrow , it sounds strange but was delicious.

Food was cold, prices were as expected for the area, but the food was a bit disappointing, being rated as #1 for seafood in San Pedro, there are far better seafood places in the area that have a much better Taste and wow factor.

A must if you like fresh sea food , raw or cooked , very good service , ask for Manager Fernando Vega and Angelica (waiter) for recommendations , try Tacos de Jaiba a la Franck, Camarones con a Tuétano , manos de Jaiba al mojo...arrieroMore

Curricanes is fantastic. Ive been to both of them and quality and flavor keep up. What i especially like is that there are many options from classics to original dishes. You ould go for a week and still find different and very tasty things to...eat. I totally reccomend it. The surrounding area is also really nice, all in all a great experience.More
