we stayed in the captains chair atico in la azohia and walked on the doggy beach to deskaro.. excellent dishes like fish meat veggies. dessert too. bilingual service of course. the pace is on the beach so we took off our shoes and sat back...to enjoy the evening.More
This is the only restaurant on the coast with real fusion food! We have been going here since the opening, and it fast became our favorite restaurant. As much as we love Spanish food, we love the Asian flavors in the menu. Yesterday we tried...some things from the new menu and the curry, octopus and tempura was absolutely to die for. Not to mention the yummy French toast for dessert. The chef Mariam had elaborated the dishes to absolutely perfection. This is a gem worth driving the extra miles for. Not onlly for the exiting food but also for the stunning view by the sea.More
The space is very nice as well as the view. They follow all the new prevention protocols. The food is excellent, great value for money. I would recommend without doubt the "calamar nacional a la parrilla", really tasty. My suggestion for dessert would be the..."torrija con dulce de leche", absolutely delightful.More

This was our second visit to this restaurant for a lunchtime tapas and is still very good. The main meals are a little expensive but the quality is superb. We had a selection of starters (Tapas) and they were all excellent quality and reasonably priced....A perfect lunchtime meal.More
Even tough it was late season and quiet, there was still a nice feel to the place. Service was fast, food excellent and prices were very reasonable. Highly recommended.
Not at all impressed, looks nice from the outside with plenty of parking but that was the best of this place. We arrived, took a seat and waited and waited. At least 10 minutes later a waiter arrived and we gave our order ( cheese...platter for the wife and ensalada rusa for me and two glasses of red wine) explaining that we are celiacs. Five minutes later the cheese platter arrives with fried bread mixed with the cheese, that went straight back. My ensalada rusa arrived (stated it was for sharing) and there was just enough for one and we had to ask where the wine was (order forgotten). That arrived in two minutes but more in one glass than the other, hey ho! The restaurant cannot do anything about the flies but they were terrible. The cheese appeared to be all the ends and the wife was not impressed with that either so we will not be back.More
Have been here earlier in year. But decided to give it another try. Beautiful spot to watch sunset with a cold drink. But again service slow and food not as expected. But if you just want a drink go. Starter took 45 minutes from sitting...down, was nice. But main meal we never ate.More
After an afternoon in Puerto Mazarron we decided to have dinner and watch the sunset. Perfect setting overlooking the bay, friendly staff and great food. We will definitely be eating here again soon!
Visited with two friends whilst on a recent holiday in nearby Isla Plana and who had already visited for drinks and recommended it. We visited on a busy Saturday night and were lucky to get a table ( suggest booking in advance)....very popular with local...Spanish people which is always a good sign. Menu was imaginative and wide ranging ( not a big choice but more than enough), dishes were very well presented and delicious.... Staff were attentive and friendly. Recommend you give it a try.... lovely outdoor area for drinks and tapas too.More
We were staying round the corner so this was our local. Stylish bar/restaurant with clever, tasty dishes and great drinks. The house wine was lovely. We tried to make our way through the small plates over the week we stayed. Everything was delicious. If you...have a bland palette this is not the place for you! Mini tacos, croquetas, cheese board (the roasted rosemary crumb cheese is beyond amazing), and massive anchovy-stuffed olives - perfect with a cocktail. Main courses equally exciting: fresh tuna with a spicy sauce and pork ‘Secreto’ - melted in the mouth served with padron peppers. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. All the staff are lovely and helpful. We will definitely be going back.More
Deskaro is a contemporary restaurant which is a fab venue, pleasant staff but unfortunately tonights meal was not good. To serve cold chicken Tika was not acceptable. Even when taken away to reheat (via a microwave 😱) it was still cold in places. Such a...shame as it actually tasted really nice.More
Lovely restaurant. Very pleasant staff. Food is of a high standard, although not large portions. Limited dinner menu. Not suitable for kids The seafood pancake roll is amazing
Great place, unique food in the area, lovely people and good value for food. Don't mean to sound biased but anoyne who complains is uncluttered in food cuisine and should go to McDonalds
